blade995
Well it's officially released but the website crashed or it is going very slowly. It will not load for me. I would suggest everybody to wait and download it from the official site so it will count.

Dracion1
None of the ways I've tried upgrading so far have worked :wall: Looks like Mozilla didn't anticipate just how much traffic they'd get. Edit: Finally got it, works like a charm using much less memory, except 80% of my addons don't work :( "In the beginning, the universe was created. I love how the default theme changes over different operating systems, a real nice touch. So many features that are so much better! adam_ross0
I downloaded it from Mozilla.com a half hour or so ago..I love it. Much faster, and it just handles everything better..although 50% of my addons had to be removed. Edit: Fixed the problem..it was simple. Now that that's fixed, Firefox 3 is next to perfect. I don't really like the new features with the Location Bar though.

Macmaster92
Hmm every time I try to download a new add-on from FireFox, even if it says it will work with version 3, it won't work. It keeps saying this on the error console: [hide=]Error: [Exception... Mercifull
Installed it on my new computer last night but havn't had much of a chance to play with it yet. I had both computers on my desk last night downloading it and felt a bit geeky so i'll try it properly at the weekend lol Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. Fleetsy
Just downloaded it, and I love it. I tried last night, but it just crashed. And when I did get through, I just got a download for Version 2. XD Achieved 99 Woodcutting on 12/06/
lordkafei
I got this downloaded and installed. WTF do they call this the "AwesomeBar"? WoesomeBar is a better moniker. I spent way too much time having to find add-ons and tweaks to turn that crap off. On the good side, a few of the add-ons I used in Fox2 are built-in now. Life should be simpler. Jernlov
I've been using the RCs (since I run Fx without addons/extensions anyway) and the finished product is great. Nice and smooth, a less noticeable memory leak and brilliant standards compliance. Steam | Soup | Last.fm
eyehawk78
Yup I've been using Firefox 3 (well the betas anyway) for a while now. Decided to add a few get Firefox things into my sig, as most of our users using Firefox would make our (as in crewbies) lives a hell of a lot easier! Website Updates & Corrections | Website Discussion
adam_ross0
After using it for a day or so, I can say that the new features with the location bar are actually pretty cool after you get used to them. Jard_Y_Dooku
Firefox 3 is the ultimate ownage! It's so incredibly fast now that I nearly fell off my chair when I first used it. Back and forward work like Opera (instant) which is really nice, and switching tabs is also instant. \ Never trust anyone.
