Especially when you realize the idea is to decloak when no one is watching rather than staying cloaked the whole way. tl;dr, You need to minimize the risks and take them often to excell.

I don't play much spy, but I love the cloak and dagger. The way I play spy, I don't need to constantly be moving around.
