SportsGuy Posted July 19, 2009 Share Posted July 19, 2009 If you look at the very first page of this thread, it will give you a few hints on submitting pictures, but one thing to remember is that the image has to be saved the first time as .PNG, not saved as something else, then later saved that way. It all depends on what programs you use to take screenshots of course, but as someone mentioned, using "factory" programs such as MS Paint means you MUST save it as a .PNG the very first time you save it in order for it to be used. If you're worried about size of files, you can always request that a crew member notify you when the files have been used so that you can delete them from the host (as I sometimes do). As SportsGuy said you'll have to retake the whole image and paste it into paint. Just changing the file type won't make a difference because if you notice the graininess of the picture is still there even though you changed it to a .PNG.
