It cost me around 40m from level 91, but that is because I got lucky on some potions. At some point, super restores were 4.8 gp/xp. That is very cheap, so I made quite alot of them ^^ But I'd say that it costs around 7 gp/xp, choosing the cheapest options. I bought grimy herbs, because they are cheaper and give more xp, so more xp/gp. I think super strengths, antifires and super restores are all just below 7 gp/xp or something like 7.1 gp/xp.
