klankaos
Since we lost this topic somewhere in the rollback, and things are getting good in the comic right now, I think it's time we resurrected the Misfile topic. I'm kinda freaked out about Vash having possibly killed Rachiel still... This is getting weird. (For those who currently do not read the comic, http://www.misfile.com is the website. It's a daily-updated webcomic by Chris Hazelton, very addictive and amazing.) Being immature is a part of being mature.

Intriguing
I don't mind Misfile--it's one of about ten comics that I read regularly. But to be perfectly honest, I'm starting to get really annoyed at how slow everything moves in it. This might be a bit of a silly question, but who's Raechiel again? I've forgotten his part in the series. I know all "evidence" points to Vashiel having killed Raechiel, but one thing that makes me think maybe he didn't is this panel. Earlier on, it was revealed that Vashiel can't lie, so if Vashiel actually kileld Raechiel, wouldn't he sort of have to say? Cool.

klankaos
True, and Vash might also be missing his holy sword... It's been a while since we've seen it, hasn't it? It moves slow 'cause there's only a page a day, doesn't it? I read it anyways, even when it's frustratingly slow. Oh, yeah, @Dragoon: He does say 'Nothing happened', though. Nothing wrong with a page a day--it's a lot more than most comics. The problem is how little the writer fits into the page. And yeah, the "Nothing happened" was what I was talking about. Cool. klankaos
Yeah, agreed. Some pages are good, but some are only one or two frames, and I end up going, 'Was that it?' Another one I read that's better for that kind of thing is Looking For Group, but it only comes out twice a week. I'll stick with Misfile for now - I can't wait to see what happens when Rumi confronts Vash. Being immature is a part of being mature.
Intriguing
Hehe, it's funny though. Even with the dissatisfaction I feel with the length of each comic, I still can't stop reading it. In my opinion, the writer has done an amazing job at creating a very hooking storyline. I'm interested to see what will happen when the writer turns Ash back into a boy (assuming it will happen)--in that I'm wondering if another storyline will come in, or if the comic will just finish altogether. Either way, I think I'm going to have to wait for a while until I see that. :) Cool.
klankaos
I think no way is Chris ever going to let us see what Ash looks like male. But you're right - it's addictive, and he's a master at making it so. It's impossible to stop reading! Being immature is a part of being mature. I believe there was a page somewhere that has a picture of female ash sitting against a mirror and male ash banging on the other side to get out. When you mentioned the Dragon Plates I had a sudden vision of a load of gangsters running around in fancy dress yealling "Grim Reaper in da hood!" klankaos
Was there? I don't remember that one. I'd like to see it... When did it happen in the comic? Obviously earlier on, before Ash started to get comfortable with her female body... Being immature is a part of being mature.

frakir_staer
Woot! One thousand pages of Misfile as of today! Early to bed and early to rise makes a man sleepy and blind in the eyes.Carai an Caldazar! Carai an Ellisande! Al Ellisande! If it's the thought that counts, why aren't humans innately telepathic? sonerohi
I thought it showed Ash as a dude in the very beginning? Anywhoze, Vash would never kill that guy... unless... *mutters to self about plot revealing time paradoxes*

klankaos
Nahh, the first page after the voices in the dark was Ash waking up female. reaper88888
Looks like it might be getting interesting again.. :D Kinda slowed down for a few dozen pages back there, and I stopped reading for a while.. so I had to flip back through the archives and read it all lol #-o There is no meaning or truth in life but that which we create for ourselves. klankaos
Yeah, especially during the prelude to the big race there. That was terribly slow. I'm really glad it's picking up again... dragoonson
I personally have no complaints in regards to the speed...I once read a comic that was about similar in chapter length to Misfile, but every chapter was 75% idle chit-chat 25% plot, which totally sucks [wagon] after 3 chapters... so i herd u liek devarts? If you look at me and feel offended by my 666-ism,think.I could be just as offended by your "cross".[hide=This's why I'm hot]The Eleventh Commandment:Thou Shalst only say "Amen, brother".Amen, brother :lol:Amen, brudda (referring to the 10th commandment)amen Bruder!
