I live next to a big area of wetlands and a river. During the spring, it sometimes rains for weeks on end, and then I'll be living on waterfront property. :thumbsup: It wasn't quite so fun this year when the lazy [wagon] who built the new portion of my house forgot to finish the drains, so the entire basement flooded.
