November 5, 20187 yr My main issue with all coats and shirts and stuff is that the sleeves are way too short. The curse of being a lanky dude...Luckily the sleeves are one of the easiest things to tailor, if not the easiest. You can get shirts with different sleeve lengths. November 5, 20187 yr I generally get the "super long" sleeves but they hardly are super long.On dress shirts you can't really lengthen it indeed, but coats and jackets often have enough of spare material on the ends turned over that it can be opened from the seam and lengthened.
