It's not often that we bring you news about FunOrb, but we think a number of games really warrant your attention. Each of these are free to play and only a few clicks away.

 

 

 

The first game we'd like to tell you about is also the most recent: Pool. Like many of the recent FunOrb releases, Pool's focus is on the multiplayer and, even though it's only three days old, it's already attracted a large community of pool players. A number of game types are available, including nine-ball and eight-ball variants, all played out on a wide selection of outlandish pool tables. There's also a single-player Time Attack mode for those that want to practise their skills.

 

 

 

Our second game is proving to be the most popular FunOrb title since Arcanists, so we reckon fantasy-loving RuneScapers will really enjoy it. Dungeon Assault casts you in the role of a dragon with two simple aims: to protect your hoard by constructing an elaborate dungeon, and to send raiders out to steal from other dragons. You can fill your dungeon with legions of beasts, hidden traps and guardians, making it incredibly difficult for your opponents to get to your gold. Once your stash is safe, recruit some raiders and take on players' dungeons to steal their gold.

 

 

 

Fans of tower defence-style games may also be impressed by Orb Defence. This takes the basics of the genre and turns the dial up to 11, bringing wave after wave of relentless enemies, a kaleidoscopic neon look, and hours of addictive gameplay.

 

 

 

Similarly pretty is Pixelate. It has a brand of gameplay that we have never encountered before, so we can only encourage you to get to grips with its reaction-testing puzzles and psychadelic style.

 

 

 

We couldn't part without mentioning the addition of global highscores to FunOrb, so your gaming feats can be recognised by the entire community. If you can get to the top on any FunOrb game, then you're a better gamer than any of us!

 

 

 

We plan to update you about FunOrb games in the future, but only if we think you'll really appreciate them. Indeed, a FunOrb game is planned that is based on the RuneScape universe, which might be right up your alley. Keep your eyes and ears peeled...

I reported this by accident before he posted the news. My bad.

 

 

 

I've yet to ever play funorb, and I don't think I ever will. The constant advertising gets kind of tiresome.

I think FunOrb could be made much more popular if we got benefits that tied in both funorb and rs

 

 

 

for example...get some crazy funorb achievement -> get a neat funorb hat in rs

 

 

 

or get some crazy rs achievement -> get some neat funorb...watever

 

 

 

of course..no one would care about the latter.

 

 

 

A lot of games do this, im not advertising, but the game ratchet and clank has something like this where you played the first game and get some bonuses in the sequel..

 

 

 

I mean..the games are already connected by the highscores, so what would be the problem

i am, and i hadn't gotten on it except for arcanists like twice in the past few months. this persuaded me to try out dungeon assault though, which is fun, but also very slow to start. very slow.

I actually dont play Runescape anymore at the moment.. but I keep in touch with my friends with playing on funorb. :) Lots of great games in there

Under developed...right. Why not actually play it before you start bashing it? It's been out for a good month now.

i simply never been on fun orb probably becoz i spend my time on runescape. probably never will be on fun orb lol. And also funorb is not Craporb becoz you never went on it so you never know what it is like !!! stop judging it before you know what it is going on

Jagex is wasting time. If people haven't started playing funorb already chances are they are not gonna start. I have already played these games and check funorb on a daily basis. I pay for it and rs membership. On D.A. free players and members start equal but as you got up ranks members get better raiders and rooms.

 

 

 

 

 

P.S. I do check dungeon assault a lot but if you wanna live don't raid me. (I'm serious every trap I have in there will kill you)

I like Funorb, but i don't like having to pay for it to get it's benefits. It is just like every other multi-game website. I agree with the statement if people haven't started playing on their own now, they won't. They really need to stop advertising it on the runescape website.

Stop being annoying... yeah, right. So, I'm not sure if it was just me being weird, but I remember the website being called www.runescape.com. Sure, people might like FunOrb... but updates for it shouldn't be posted on the runescape site... also, I like how you call him a little kid with no solid reasoning to back this up.

I tried the new games and they're alright, its nice to see that new games are being added but I don't know what it is that makes me NOT go on Funorb or Miniclip any more...I guess I just grew up :P

 

 

 

so yeah, its nice to get some advertising by Runescape, but as long as they don't do it in a daily basis it won't bother me

Runescape gets many page hits a day. Not every runescape player even knows about funorb. Since jagex owns both sites.. They can put whatever the hell they want on them.. Which basically means free advertising. Kinda why theres a banner on the funorb main to direct to runescape.

I tried that orb defense, and it's kind of weird. But if you like tower defense games, try this!!! Haven't tried the others yet. :?
