We didn't start the fire - Billy Joel Magic Carpet Ride - Steppenwolf Blinded by the Light - Manfredd Man Band The Joker - Steve Miller Band Mama Let Him Play - Doucette Stuff like that.. So if any of you have stuff like that, pleeeeease post it, thanks loads in advance. Even if it's not classic rock/pop or whatever, if it gets you pumped and it's not gangster rap or screamo metal let me know. Again, thanks. They're all fairly superfluous anyway. He's probably referring to metal with screamed vocals. OT: I can't really help you out too much. For getting pumped, nothing beats RATM; but that's not what you're after. If you need to get pumped for jogging or something, then Techno would be the way to go; but that's also not what you're after. Mark Knopfler (lead guitar/vocals) can make a Stratocaster do things that nobody else ever dreamt. Also, The Who are great classic rock. They ARE classic rock. Another one of my favourites (more recent, but still awesome) are Foo Fighters. Fantastic hard rock band. Hmmm... who else? Let's see... Aerosmith, as well. Not one of my favourites, but they're great for me every once in a while. I only have one of their albums, unfortunately, but they're pretty cool. I'll go dig up some links to my favourites.
