Does anyone know if these armors can ONLY be worn in pvp worlds yet?

The mainly worthwhile new items i can see are the weapons and gloves. The armours aren't worth the risk/price/time. But the weapons can be used for the specials only so kept for alot longer. Especially the staff, cast the new spell barrage at start of the fight and you've got yourself an easy 1v1. the gloves will be good if they are common enough to be brought on the g.e for a worthwhile price.

The new armor/weapon sets aren't the only rewards. Sure, they may only last for

 

a short time, but in that amount of time you can earn a great deal of money if you're smart.

 

 

 

As shown earlier in the thread, there's been a dragon full helm drop. The armors could

 

give you a very strong edge against the people you fight, hence, more possible money made.

 

In great amounts no less.

Hmm, well, I'm going off the part Jagex said that IF a player can attack you then you can attack them. So, a 137 can attack you, so you can attack him.

 

 

 

Now, this has to be tested out. If not, it opens the door for the higher level to have first strike against an unsuspecting target.

 

 

 

If a 137 could get onto a f2p world the only place they could kill me would be at lvl 1 Wildy and beyond. As far as I've seen for f2p no where in the map boosts the level ranges. So yeah, in a p2p or wildy situation chances are that a level 137 could jump me and pwn me a round in advance probably.

 

 

 

Actually, does the combat range HUD alter as you go up the wilderness?

 

 

 

Ok, I think it may be time for a bug report if Jagex is giving players a combat range indicator that does not fully reflect who you can attack. Of course, I don't know if it's a bug yet. Any one find out yet?

 

 

 

Dark Jab, you can attack 102's. So ask a 102 what his combat range is showing. Then do a fake combat if able (and you feel like wasting a few minutes). Darn this not being able to log on.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note that you can fight someone whose Combat level is outside your range if your Combat level is within their range. Basically, if someone can attack you, you can attack them.

From what I checked on the GE, the platebody/robetop/top whatever, etc. is currently listed at 10m apiece, with prices going down from there.

One hour completely kills them for anything but speccing imo...especially if they're a rare drop to begin with. If they were made rare drops that only work in pvp servers, but last forever with high repair costs (500k+ per repair degrading every 3 hours), then they'd be worth it.

this update is amazing. I got a kill withen 30 seconds of logging in to pvp world and gaining 50k lol. I am trying this out on my muted pure "mawd luva".

Wow, already lost a whip, full rune among other nice things. I need to find me a Player-Killing Tutor, I have the money and that stats to Player Kill, just don't have the brains.
