And to make it a bit more interesting for the people who've got some time to waste untill the new year tell us what you're going to do!

Australia are currently in 2009. :P Another 10 hours 36 minutes for England. Happy New Year to everyone.

It's 9 hours and 36 minutes here in Holland. Happy new year to the Ausies! And to all the Asians (I assume they are in the new year as well?)

Happy new year to all. Me and a few friends are just going round a few pubs tonight. We are having a bad outfit night so I was down the charity shops yesterday, got an awful short sleeved shirt & tie and a pair of tweed trousers that are 5" too short for me. :mrgreen:

Is it just me, or does time progressively speed up? It seemed like just yesterday that it was NYE '07...

Not doing anything. I've got some 15 hours yet (EST) until midnight... Oh wait, at some point I'm going to play Animal Crossing: City Folk and get a telescope (well I think it's a telescope, it was in the GC version) from the mayor. :D

Like fourteen hours. It's still [bleep]ing morning. I just woke up.

 

 

 

'09'll be my greatest year thus far. But, then again, I expect every year to get exponentially better until I die somewhere around age 27 from pure fun.

5 and a half hour from 2009 here in Czech Republic.

 

 

 

2008 has been a bummer for me, one of my books was finally praised by critics, got an important burst of confidence and how-to stuff, got a nice job...

 

 

 

So hey, why shouldn't 2009 be even better ?

It's only around 5 here [England] but maaaan, tonight I'm going to a party hosted by my cousins. Its not a get drunk with cheap alcohol affair and wake up in the weirdest of circumstances, it's get drunk and wake up in a warm bed with your aunt making dinner.

 

 

 

I always expect the new year to be better than the last and it usually is.

Okay, party time. Going over to my friend's, we're going over to some ladies we know's party to ring in the new year, then we're probably gonna bum around town. Should be fun.

11+ hours. Wonderful.

 

2008 sucked. For the most part.

 

I don't know what I'm going to do. Probably do some homework (Nah, there are still some four days left in break...), game the rest away.
