fergo1234567
Everything in HD is too dark, even on the brightest setting This can be fixed in dungeons if you go into graphics options in settings and turn lighting detail off, as for which detail, I use HD resizeable, used to have to play on the lowest detail, but got a new comp which can handle it
AndyPandy
HD resizeable with all settings on highest. No lag =D So don't let anyone tell you you're not worth the earth, These streets are your streets, this turf is your turf, Don't let anyone tell you that you've got to give in, Cos you can make a difference, you can change everything, Just let your dreams be your pilot, your imagination your fuel, Tear up the book and write your own damn rules, Use all that heart, hope and soul that you've got, And the love and the rage that you feel in your gut, And realise that the other world that you're always looking for, Lies right here in front of us, just outside this door, And it's up to you to go out there and paint the canvas, After all, you were put on the earth to do this, So shine your light so bright that all can see, Take pride in being whoever the [bleep] you want to be. zwyrm
Unfortunately I have to play in SD. I've tried the HD and it's just too laggy...Even in the small window...
C110
SD for most things like slayer. I however use HD small for screenshots. - I'm not proud of everything I've done, but I have no regrets
Youmu
If I'm on my laptop, I would use HD Resizable. I only use SD on my desktop (HD lags there :wall: ). Skeptical
Usually SD, but if my internet is running fast (mine is oddly variable) I use HD, even though it messes up my RS/Mozilla Firefox. :? WoodenFruit
Low detail, just what I'm used to and what I think Runescape's graphics should be. But that's just me. Me too : ______________
Juhnie
HD Resizable (wide) when playing GoP or FoG. SD when Firemaking. HD Resizable (full size) when doing anything else. rangeor
SD and HD small window. Standard detail for most things, HD small for screenshotting monsters and the occasional level. Pretty much this :P
RyderJ
SD to minimize lag to the fullest extent. And I kinda prefer how it looks since a lot of my attraction to RS is nostalgia.
M_u_s_ii_X
(When I do go on it...) I use SD, my graphics card isn't strong enough to handle my screen (20 inch) so it lags a bit.... -_- ⅹ Last.fm YouTube Team A vs Team B M u s ii X Rocky Keane ⅹ
OnyxStyx
SD. My laptop overheats too easily :( It's so sad, havin' to decide if I wanna play RS or listen to music sometimes... :boohoo:
armourdilo
It widely depends. If I'm in serious mining mode - I'll switch to standard detail for little lag time when I click a rock and so I can distinguish an iron from a spent rock. I'll use standard detail for large crowded areas when lagging isn't an option. I'll use high detail small screen for when I'm at the grand exchange and I'm terribly sick of mis-clicking. I used high detail small screen when I tried to make an (fail) RSMV. I'll use high detail for most anything else. I really do like the look of a big screen. Mostly resizable, I like to browse tif on a slayer assignment. : It's what I do

LatinII
HD resizable, with all setting on max. Even anti-alias at 4x. It's perfect. I can still browse the web, and the game looks beautiful. [hide=Example][/hide]
Libertherme
I'd love to be able to use HD. I'm going to invest in a graphic's card pretty soon. The above picture looks good. Currently though I am just in standard edition.

The Runar
SD (I still call it low detail) with lowest graphics. My new computer could easily run HD with best graphics, but it doesn't look like RuneScape should. My old computer was so slow that even SD lagged, so I'm used to it. I use the lowest graphics in most games, even if I could run better ones. I want good games, not eye-candy! The Runar's (OSRS) DIY blog - most viewed Blogscape blog ever! Jaffy1
When on laptop, usually SD as it's horribly slow (uses over 60% of it's ram only to be turned on). When on desktop, usually HD full screen unless when also on forums/other things. I would then use HD small as I hate the handling of HD resizable.
