Telekinesis works, and hits well. :thumbup: Gonna try and take on Ultima tomorrow, I'm gonna hate that damn crystal... :wall: Would my team 73, 73, 73 be able to take him out? (and will my backup team 60, 60, 60 survive?) Easily. Ultima is rather easy. In fact, aside from a few early Espers when your party is weak, the only one that is of any risk is Zodiark (I think that's his name. The one that uses Darkja.) Got Matamune and Lu Shang's Badge today and sold it for the Wyrmhero Blade. I got about 30 more tiers of racing to go, so I'll probably get back to that tonight. What I really don't like is the Grand Armor and Grand Helm... Only a 1% chance drop from monsters that take forever to respawn... Danjuro was bad enough. :x After I do finish up, I'm definitely taking a break from Final Fantasy in general. Time: 198:17:20 Steps: 1333752 Clan Points: 8377805 Gil: 4170611 I'm not gonna get max Gil or Clan Points or anything like that. I spent so long on this file already. I'd rather move onto another Final Fantasy game. Not yet though - I think I'm gonna take a break from Final Fantasy in general. Maybe play Super Smash Brothers or something. He only spawns when you enter the Subterra and there are no monsters around. If you see a monster down there, just soft reset and try again. If you see no monsters on the floor, run around until he shows up because that means he is hiding there somewhere. If you already have been following those steps and still don't get him then it might just be a bad luck streak. Happened to me a lot when I was hunting down monsters for the bestiary - especially Holy Elementals. :x Just keep trying. It will come eventually. Trying to get a maxed out file like I did in 12, but it sucks how things can steal from your inventory and pretty much ruin it. I had to do Cloud's flashback twice because after the first time I finished it, I went outside and got some weapons stolen from me. :x :x :x Right now I'm in Junon, the town with the Shinra parade. I remember my legend of dragoon disc was messed up, couldn't get past the water dragon. (Well technically I did get passed it, just not the cutscene after it) Same with my FFVII disc 1 accept it cut out right after Aerith's death and the Jenova fight. A rather perfect place to cut it actually lol. Found another copy of FFVII but no one seems to want to let go of a copy of legend of dragoon. Ponies! Completely screwed, the disc is really old and has seen a few bad days, the game runs fine, it just cuts out in really bad spots. Beat OoT and just started replaying FFX (about to leave for Kilika). My memory card may be messed up, which did keep me from playing for awhile, but after I had to go through CT without dieing because it wouldn't save, I figured I can do the same for FFVII. Ponies! I agree, I usually hate video game music but I've been playing the game lately and noticed the music is actually pretty good. Nothing beats the Memoria theme from 9 though. Speaking of 7, I just got to the 2nd Disc. Have all of Aeris' weapons and limits. Everyone's already around level 50 and I've been keeping up with all the Fort Condor battles which is a major pain.
