June 13, 200917 yr FF9 is best, by miles and miles. Of course, I haven't played 7 or 8. FF9 has awesome story, awesome spells, awesome characters, awesome everything, including the most epic boss battle ever. I don't see what it has to do with the Crystal though... (Zidane>every other character[besides Mario]) :mrgreen: For sure! I bought a NEW copy in FF9 in February (yes, this year) and it's so awesome :D I actually played it in 2002-03, but that wasn't my own game. Of course FF4 is even better. O.O I got X for my birthday one year, loved it, so I got X-2 for my birthday next year. :XD: And this year? I got twelve. :o So now that I've finally finished X and X-2 I can play twelve! :D

At least be able to do Roman Numerals right, or use the damn numbers. Approaching 7 hours on FFVII, only at Kalm, just after you escape Midgar, and that was running straight through with no leveling. I got up to Cosmo Canyon before my memory card corrupted on me and erased my data (mind you that was my second playthrough after I had beat it already). I need to get another PS1 memory card. It did the same thing on FFIV when I was playing it. I had done everything I could before going to the moon, besides maxing levels and spells, side quests included. :cry: :wall: Ponies!
June 15, 200917 yr Yeah, I remember the first time I did the elevator boss I buggered up my materia, thinking there would only be one boss I gave all my best materia to Cloud, to beat Rufus, leaving the rest of my party with literally nothing. It was a long battle. On one of my save files, I have over 100 hours of gameplay, basically to max 99's and get all summons etc. Another, I have completed the game in just under 40 hours. :D I think if I was to play FFVII again, I'd play it properly and follow the story. LOVE IT.

June 15, 200917 yr I finished the GBA version of FF1 the second time today. I'm gonna mix it up a bit and use a Monk instead of a thief. I missed like a billion chests last time apparently... beat Chaos without Ultima Weapon :thumbsup:

June 15, 200917 yr I got the Zodiac Spear in FF12 today. I'm so relieved - I thought I accidentally got one of the chests. :) Want to be uber pro? Get two of them... Its not too difficult, it just takes so freaking long. Assuming you have 10 espers and the Mindflayer hunt finished, go to Henne mines phase 2 dig, and theres a 10% chance of a chest spawning there. Once the chest has spawned, there is 10% chance of it yeilding a zodiac spear. Should take you about 1000 tries. I got mine on 768....Ugh. Also, make sure you wear a diamond armlet.
June 15, 200917 yr One of each item is good enough for me. All I want for my file is everyone on level 99, Order of Ambrosia, and one of each item. I'll probably move onto another FF after I get that done. Right now I'm level 60 and in the Feywood trying to finish up the main story.

I forget what my highest chain is, I think 16 or near there. Ponies!
