If you decide to camp a monster for profit, drops like noted ess, runes, and ranarr weeds/seeds are more important than the mega drops anyway. Iron dragons are probably one of the worst monsters to camp. You have no idea what the drop rate of items should be, and if you did you wouldn't complain, because you should know the Law of Large Numbers - after really large number of kills (at least 10,000), you can expect to get percentages equal to the actual drop rate. It means you have an expectancy to get one visage per 10k kills. Doesn't mean you actually have to kill 10k dragons. It could also be 1 or 5k, or perhaps even 30k. That's what we call "chance". Drop rates are generally an estimation made by players, not formally made by jagex.
