January 22, 200917 yr Seriously, it seems like almost EVERYTHING can kill a person. Can someone just tell me if there anything physically impossible to kill a person? For example, I though paper couldn't kill a person, but then I realized a papercut(a big one) to the neck, would be deadly. Rules: No supercannons. :| Don't you know the first rule of MMO's? Anyone higher level than you has no life, and anyone lower than you is a noob. People in OT eat glass when they are bored.
January 22, 200917 yr What do you mean? Nothing can kill me. Command the Murderous Chalices! Drink ye harpooners! drink and swear, ye men that man the deathful whaleboat's bow- Death to Moby Dick!BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!

January 22, 200917 yr This discussion comes up in my house every so often. Something that can't kill you, is a chemical mixture composed of about... 78.08% nitrogen 20.95% oxygen 0.93% argon 0.038% carbon dioxide 1% Water Vapor (H20) And trace amounts of other gases. More commonly known as air. Any other impurities would not be air. They would be impurities IN the air.

January 22, 200917 yr pretty much any solid in the can either choke you, of if it gets in your blood stream block an artery or vein. as for liquids just need like 200ml so that it covers you nose so you suffocate if you were unconscious. most gases couldn't kill you unless you had enough of it

Technically wind is a fast moving mass of "air", wind could push you over resulting in injury which could lead to death.
January 22, 200917 yr Damn, I got a lot of replies proving me wrong, really quick... You can't be killed by... Nuerons. -They're infinitely microscopic. -They have no electric charge. -They can't bind together to make larger molecules (by themselves, but then it would be an atom).

January 22, 200917 yr Well, if you're Atheist, then I suppose God can't kill you. January 22, 200917 yr Adding onto what the user who posted above me said... Bigfoot can't kill you either.

January 22, 200917 yr Air is a mixture of components that won't kill you under normal circumstances. Though, if you breath too fast, the balance in your body gets deregulated. That means not enough CO2 which in turn means you develop a respiratory alkalosis. If that maintains long enough, the body will be unable to compensate and you will die. Air pressure is also a factor that can contribute. A lower oxygen pressure means you need to breath with a higher frequency to maintain your O2 saturation. In turn, that leads to what I described above. Compare it to when you're travelling in a helicopter, which drops you on top of a mountain. The first few days you'll feel sick from the alkalosis in your body. Twitter ||| Google+ ||| Facebook ||| LinkedIn ||| My very interesting weblog about science

In that case it's not the water that kills you, but the osmotic balance. With the extracellulair fluid being hypo-osmotic, electrolytes will leak out of the cell creating distorted cells which will eventually die. My bad. A brief wikipedia glance says lone neutrons are unstable... but I don't think that's dangerous enough to kill you... But, I'm not a scientist.
January 22, 200917 yr Physically? What about a small cotton ball? Chokez0rz. How about your own eye? Just one. So don't let anyone tell you you're not worth the earth, These streets are your streets, this turf is your turf, Don't let anyone tell you that you've got to give in, Cos you can make a difference, you can change everything, Just let your dreams be your pilot, your imagination your fuel, Tear up the book and write your own damn rules, Use all that heart, hope and soul that you've got, And the love and the rage that you feel in your gut, And realise that the other world that you're always looking for, Lies right here in front of us, just outside this door, And it's up to you to go out there and paint the canvas, After all, you were put on the earth to do this, So shine your light so bright that all can see, Take pride in being whoever the [bleep] you want to be.

January 22, 200917 yr Then yes, if you are going to go by, "You can choke on it," then all solids and liquids can kill you.
