I still find it odd, after playing for a couple years, that you can run into high lvls who act like they are (because they probably really are) 13.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was on my pure the other day getting harrased by a lvl 121 who was talking in broken sentences with typos galore.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Normally I hate everything Jagex does to the game, but that friends chat button is freakin awesome. =)

But runescape yes it is a good game but the parents that play this which which have kids are basiclly role models for the kids i dont no if that make sense but you no what i mean. I agree personally there r some stupid people that just tease and say there no lifers but runescape it fun u play lots u dont play lots it dosent matter but i think u would rather see your kids play runescape rather then smoking dope on the streets and drinking alcholic drinks on the streets yet im not a father yet im not married cos im only 16 but u no wat im saying is the truth :wink:

Have been playing RPGs for decades now, and still love it as a nice recreational diversion. Runescape is not very demanding, but quite relaxing (I am not into PKing!!!). I just wish there were more mature players about to chat, I guess it gets all drowned in the immature drivel you have to put up with so often.

 

 

 

So most of the time I just go my own way, happily wandering around the world upgrading my skills in my own random fashion, and now and then there are some nice people around -- age not necessarily having anything to do with maturity.

Ive been playing computer rpg's since Elite on the spectrum, and as far as Im concerned this is much better than watching the rubbish on TV or going to the pub.

 

 

 

BTW completed FF 6 through 11, almost all the "zelda's" and my youngest alway compalins when I "pinch" his gameboy and play pokemon.
