November 25, 200916 yr Yeah, the Thermal scope for the snipers seems to be an overall better choice. It helps with the Wasteland especially. I don't know why, but sometimes I shoot someone and the sniper shot doesn't register, and there is no movement. I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal. November 25, 200916 yr Seriously sucks. I always get idiots for teammates on domination. I basically saved everyone's [wagon] because they were just trying to kill everyone and not protect the flags. I seriously got 2 triple kills in less than 5 minutes from shooting guys that were coming up. <_<I always seem to get idiots for teammates. For some reason people seem to think it's a good idea to run IN FRONT you while you're about to shoot somebody. And when a predator comes, they FOLLOW me! They also think it's a good idea to set up camp on a rooftop I'm already on. God some people are annoying. :wall: Same thing happens, but worse when you have cold blooded and they spawn near you, opponents get a predator and aim for one of your teammates, but get you too >:l Level 44 now.So I need some advice from experienced snipers. I use a Barret with heartbeat and FMJ, Im not a novice sniper, but I'd like the best possible setup for a sniper. I have urban, desert, and arctic ghillies btw.All help appreciated!I personally use thermal and FMJ, thermal because it makes it so much easier to find campers, enemies, and other snipers, and FMJ because it makes most shots a 1 hit kill. For perks, I use Bling pro, stopping power pro, and steady aim pro. For equipment I have a claymore and a smoke grenade. This may not be the best possible setup, but I find it to be pretty effective. I snipe on hardcore but play everything else on normal. So I only use silencers on my WA2000 but then I use Scavenger for more mags. Btw what is the selling point of the last sniper rifle?WA2000 hits it all for me.

It's also why silencers on snipers reduces the damage of each hit, as the range of the gun doesn't mean how far you can shoot but how damaging your bullets are over a distance (as far as I'm aware).

However, since he lost 3000 men to Zakhaev in MW1 he felt a need to personally deal with Makarov himself when the President ordered the task to Task Force 141. Therefore he had all of 141 killed so that he could deal with Makarov and then take the glory for himself, thus redeeming his respect.[/hide] My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Barret and WA2000 both suck. The Intervention is God until the M21 comes along.P90 all the way.
