April 21, 200917 yr I'm confused. After completing the quest, I can look at that particular quest diary and my last task completed in the quest is crossed out, talking with Ali the Wise is crossed out, but the Natural Historian is still uncrossed like I haven't done it. And I've already used the lamp, so...weird. Is this happening to anyone else? Yes. But since the lamp is a quest reward, I don't see a reason for it to be crossed out. You don't see the reward exp being crossed out, now do you?
April 22, 200917 yr Perhaps later when the Mahjarrat are being rejuvenated, and we inevitably have to deal with the other mahjarrat, we will now have one that will help us. April 22, 200917 yr So if RS3 doesn't come out this year we can officially declare Jagex [bleep]ed around the four months of the year. If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature. ^^^At least I'm not the only crazy one
April 22, 200917 yr So if RS3 doesn't come out this year we can officially declare Jagex [bleep] around the four months of the year. Lol, I wouldn't want to get my hopes up with the "rs3" that "might" come out. Rare Drops: Dragon legs, Obby cape & shield's, Obby Maul's. Pvp Drops: 4 corrupt dragon scimitar's, Corrupt dragon chain. April 22, 200917 yr Did anyone here give a wrong description about the Muspah? I noticed how it would draw the creature every time you said what part of its body looked like. I'm wondering if it would draw the wrong parts as well? If so, does anyone have any print screens of some awesome monsters they made(I should have checked, but I didn't think to until right after I finished giving the correct description).
April 22, 200917 yr I gave the wrong discription a few times, it would be better if you could select from a bigger range of looks, but the scorpian tail, [bleep]ed head, and the 3 fingers with a blue body and 6 arms looked pretty cool. Oh really? I hope someone takes a print screen of every single different body part and puts it up here so those of us that didn't get to mix-and-match them could get a chance..

April 22, 200917 yr :wall: :wall: :wall: it's late april and we haven't had a big/decent update this year yet fml How do you even know that without doing the quest? :shame: okay i said that before doing the quest this morning...your right...but now can i'm gonna repeat myself ITS LATE APRIL AND WE HAVEN'T HAD A BIG/DECENT UPDATE THIS YEAR http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/

April 22, 200917 yr soul wars could have been somewhat big, but there were too many flaws in it to let it be considered a great update Chosen commander was well written, but the rewards didn't meet the expectations that a quest of that magnitude (150th quest, no updates for a month before the quest) should have been. So, I can confidently say that I am dissapointed with jagex in 2009. (and I'm the one who usually is fighting against the jagex ranters :| ) http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/

Yeah, I found the beast claws much more menacing than the crab claws. I got it wrong twice because I was thinking "freak this crazy, crab claws would sort of suck, let's give this guy some sharp talons". Did you try the spider legs? I think that would have been pretty creepy.
April 22, 200917 yr Perhaps later when the Mahjarrat are being rejuvenated, and we inevitably have to deal with the other mahjarrat, we will now have one that will help us. We have more than 1 mahjaratt "friend" already. Anthankos was quite pleased we set him free again and thus could probably be considered a friend Hazeel is also very much a friend if we chose to help him in Hazeel Cult Azzandra is also quite indebted to us from releasing him from his tomb Lucien, Enkhara and Khazard on the other hand are definitely agaisnt us Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue
April 22, 200917 yr Don't forget that other guy in the ice. I'm not sure how much Hazeel will care once he's alive again (it's sort of obvious that he's using the cult), plus since he's on Zamorak's side, he'll probably be at odds with the others, who are for Zaros.
April 22, 200917 yr Will people please stop whinging about there being no good updates this year. Not all releases can be Recipe For Disaster/While Guthix Sleeps epics. I have been quite happy with the 2 most recent quests and Soul Wars, although not my cup of tea, has had favourable reviews. If it bothers you that much, cancel your subscription and do something else. For the price you pay the updates have been fine. Also think back to being a new account. You can do this quest pretty early on in your RS career. Imagine the joy of figuring out bits about the Mahjarrat as you progress, all ending with WGS. Even without the final part(s) of the Mahjarrat storyline that's still an epic journey and I applaud Jagex for making this noob quest and introducing newer members to the Mahjarrat. The storyline was good, the puzzle was good, the lands to the North are finally opened for us to view/explore so this was not a bad update. People should learn to be gratful for what they have. Trust the Gene Genie!

I didn't like soul wars myself but it is pretty big. TCC was as you said extremely well written and qualified as decent in my opinion. Though Zanik still should have died at the end. Ponies!
April 22, 200917 yr :wall: :wall: :wall: it's late april and we haven't had a big/decent update this year yet fml Your joking right?!? Theres been lots of decent updates; Random Events Path Finding Deposit all Seers Achievement Diary Increased log out timer A few quests A minigame And about 100 little tweaks which make the game so much easier No biggies so to speak, but more then enough to enhance the game. Personally give me 20 important small updates over 1 big quest or update any day. April 22, 200917 yr I'd say its safe to say we had a few months of slow content because the previous ceo clearly rushed things hence the poor buggy updates we had often the past year and the mod mmg clearly aims for quality not quantity so has no doubt put the brakes on many of the previous ceos projects to allow them more time to be coded designed and tested. And frankly it's showing in the work they produce, this latest quest yes it was small but the detail in the way the water flows, especially when more than 1 exit was open alone was amazingly produced and precise. Where as it could of jsut been: west open = go west south and west = go southwest south = go south south and east = go southeast east = go east Yes it still roughly runs on those principles, but if you played around with the rafts a bit you'd see how they bumped into rocks and the shores and changed angle and also how there was current dead spots and they rafts didnt jsut go in str8 lines with one than one exit open. Also the cave before hand, the fact it self adapted to which exits were blocked is brilliant, yes its not vital or ground breaking but its an attention to detail that makes the game much richer. I was actually surprised on my way out to not the two streams I had blocked were drained and had poor fishes flailing in them. Not only that but the area of the south stream (and possibly the wets thou i din;t check), that you could access due to lack of cliffs etc, you could literally walk on while they were empty. If they are putting this much care and depth and care into such a small update, imagine how much richer the big updates will be when they do arrive? Also for all the quester out there who do more than skip endlessly through dialogue the latest quest are absolutely stunning. Rather than generic pun filled chat with the odd fact sprinkled in we have decent in-depth dialogues that tell a real story and even have unnecessary conversation routes to learn more. Opposed to previous quest where ANY conversation route was only there because it told you what to do next or gave a less than subtle hint of how to do it. April 22, 200917 yr Did anyone else notice that Sophanem is the article of the week? I think I know the next quest.
April 22, 200917 yr This quest was masterfully done except for the rewards. But you know what? It's fine because I got to relearn alot of what I've already forgotten (since I did alot of those older quests YEARS ago haha). Runescape, Funorb, "Mechscape" Videoshttp://www.youtube.com/user/TOMCATLX
April 22, 200917 yr Did anyone else notice that Sophanem is the article of the week? I think I know the next quest. The Chaos Elemental letters spoke of a new desert quest, so I highly support this.
April 22, 200917 yr They managaed to make a spelling error again... Nice punctuation error too. My blog
