IDGAF about what you think about my intelegence this is about the "trade limit" and only one person said "This topic seems to be 2 years late" if you had half a brain and read half of what you saw you would understand that only one person said "this topic is 2 years late" So shut up. If it was just to attack the Credit Card Fraud then why did they block drop trading? And the fact we can't get the opponents stuff when we kill them... Exactly. Oh god, please, if you try to argue with what I'm saying, don't just consider half of it. I was questioning your intelligence because you couldn't understand what I wrote, while everyone else seems to have done so just fine. Good? And as for credit card fraud, people were stealing credit cards to make members accounts on which to gold farm, and then they traded the money they harvested to other accounts through various methods of trading--that includes DROP TRADING AND KILLING OTHERS FOR THEIR STUFF. They got rid of those too, because if they solely put on a trade limit, other methods of moving around money wouldn't merely disappear. Now please, before you say anything else, read everything that I have posted in this topic, and read over what you write before clicking submit. The only people who seem to still dislike it are either die-hard oldies or players who have quit for a while and just come back. I'm sure its a slap in the face for you. So just a warning, the general mood toward the trade limit is it was necessary. You can't give things out to starting friends, but at least they can get the full experience. After all, the best time I've had in RuneScape was when I didn't know anything and had to do things inefficiently. Oh the feeling of that pride from my first rune mace.... Ignorance is bliss. I wish I had the audacity to start a topic I didn't understand. The trade limit affects "drop trades" because there really is no difference between direct (let me give you 100k) trades, and drop (I left 100k here on the ground for you) trades. As far as the opponents stuff is concerned, it again, is no different. "I'll give you 100k" vs "I'll take 100k out of the bank, turn off auto-retaliate, you kill me and get the 100k". This topic has been discussed to death, and has anyone noticed that the thread starter is usually someone who's annoyed that they can't scam/drop trade or break some other rule now? Their [seemingly] unintentional side-effect was to keep players from drop-trading from their accounts, which was nice in and of itself. We've all gotten used to them by now, it's been a very long time since they were implemented. They might be a slight inconvenience here and there, but that doesn't mean that they should be abolished outright. I admit, it was nice being able to get free stuff and see the occasional guy die and swipe all of his gear. But there were those who abused this and used it for evil. Jagex HAD to stop this else they would've been sued/gone bankrupt. Who cares now anyway, it's been 2 years and like this thread topic, player trading died a long time ago and will never be resurrected again. Off Topic: I'm pretty annoyed at the OP to be honest. He just seems like another kid below 13 who lied about his age to play Runescape. And now that he cannot get what he wants, he makes a thread complaining about it and flames anyone suggesting otherwise. Heck, the OP himself made the title "What do you think" yet he flames those that shares their opinion which he disagrees on. Forget it dude, the Trade Limit has been here for 2 years. Am I wrong in suspecting these kids of being the same group of trolls under different accounts? Forget it dude, the Trade Limit has been here for 2 years.
