Wisp
While Norway has been working on the living modules, Brazil has been been researching a variety of thrusters to allow faster space travel throughout our system. 300,000 men have been removed from reserve, and moved to law enforcement or similar jobs in order to our increase our budget. We have hired several researchers from the Daedalus project from the late 20th century to work with us on this project. Hegemony-Spain
Caromon
Breaking World News! Sweden and Finland are officially one country. Hedgehog
Finland and Sweded merge into one country. Estonia agrees to join. Puts population at 17.4 million. Active military: 85,000 with 532,000 in reserves (this doesn't sound correct). Discussions under way with Latvia and Lithuania. Both are giving little leeway. Discussions may need to continue for a year or more.
frakir_staer
Venezuela is interested in possibly becoming a junior partner in the Brazil-Norway space project. Wisp
We have continued to drill deep oil from the Sinai area. EPW has continued its work on all forms of modern weaponry. And finally, the ESW-1 High Rate SMG is finally available for sale along side: LPR-2 (Advanced Sniper Rifle) HMG-8 (Heavy Machine Gun, firing high caliber rounds.) SPG-12 (High Power Recoilless Rifle, also useful for anti tank missions.) EK-54 (Precision Assault Rifle) Prices are negotiable. I assure you, EPW is the BEST when it comes to light weaponry. What calibers etc. are the guns? Why is the LPR "advanced"? For now I'll keep my snipers using SVD's and Barrets. Hegemony-Spain
Giordano
This half of the year, Argentina's nuclear energy program is slowly moving onward to success. Uranium is running low at the moment though, which will cause some cutbacks. Argentina's Military is now at roughly 165,000 active troops with roughly 240,000 on reserves. 150 slightly modernized TAM tanks are available for military use. Five bombers and sixteen fighters are the main assault force of our airforce. Three submarines have been saved and added into the military. Crime has been reduced 30% and education has been vastly spread. Ruralization has been going sucessfully well, and leather, meat, and corn production has increased 30%. The natural gas facilities are continuing to be built. In more international news, our outdated battleships are being turned into massive transport ships. We're also building normal transport ships to transport tanks and infantry across seas for future expansion. I have excess uranium which I could sell to you, in return I could do with some of the rarer minerals(Lithium, platinum, Iridium etc.) Iran has increased its graduation rate by 12%, through extending the mandatory public education. One of Iran's iron mines has had to close, as an abundance of Radon gas was found. Some of the miners exposed to the gas have developed cancerous cells, they are being sent to Faroe for treatment. a_bert
The coalition between Brazil and Norway in regards to space exploration has started off well. With our combined knowledge we both made great advances in space technology. The work on space modules is now a step closer to them being self sustaining. It's NK developing antimatter, and for energy, not for war.. 6 months on after the last update on Japan... A strain of Verde Soylante has been created which helps to combat pollution, we're currently giving them away free to citizens of Japan and will be giving a limited number to our allies as we continue tests on them. Additionally, thanks to the original strain, and the lower density of Japan's people, the population has increased by about three million in the past few years. The military has gained another 50,000 personnel, who are being diverted into the navy to help staff our new aircraft carrier, named, "Tigger" (I know right?!) as well as our nuclear submarines when they are completed. Around 15 Eurofighters have been completed, bringing our total fixed-wing aircraft to 194. Around 4,000 new pilots are being trained as well, as our military budget expands. We've managed to increase how much power we get from wind energy to 11%, reducing petroleum as our power source down to just 10%. As a result of our alliance with Israel and Iran, we are not short of oil and are paying them a small fee for the oil they have provided. The "sea wall" has been completed and the first "CeeCity" currently has 17 buildings, but nobody lives there permanently yet - more tests are being carried out to determine how safe it is. More mountainous area has been cleared of forests, around 25% of the forests pre-takeover are now cut down. We intend to slow the cutting now, and focus more on the military. Already 10,000 of the workers from the forestry industry are applying for jobs within the military. Japan is pleased with it's alliances with Iran and Israel, and hopes to continue ties with these two countries long into the future. Japan is also dissapointed with the level of activity from China and Russia. If you've taken the awesome cities, please give us the courtesy of posting a meaningful update every once in a while! Until then you cannot have access to the canal. The troops have reached Algeria and are marching in. There was again, very little resistance. Seeing as how they were no nuclear weapons and I don't even have the power or even found the power to even create antimatter, everything is should be good. I still won't use canal until you confirm. Latinoking
Israel and Lebanon are preparing the military. Time to take Saudi Arabia! I will experiment with my new eurofighters and some of my new guns that weren't really used. Mainly the IMI Tavor TAR-21. Since we want this to be a quick operation, we're sending 100k man and women. Iran's education results have risen good as they raised in Lebanon and China. Our ethanol engines are almost done. Diamond cutting has gone well.
