and i developed them so fast because every single person involved in weapons r&d possible was working on it. and because im awesome 8-)

 

 

 

in other news, due to a cataclysmic failure in a plasma rifle testing failure, which claimed the lives of 7900 workers, all research in to plasma weapons and power has been suspended indefinately. no other upgrades are currently being researched due to our singleminded r&d approach (which probably wasnt the best way to go. meh)

You've hit a problem then, as the nuclear reactor is not exactly the choice for powering a railgun, in fact the US Navy plan on putting it on their electric ships, rather than any other type. There is also the fact that they use alot of electricity of power to fire.

For it to kill people in all of Europe there would be no Holland left, nor it's neighbours, so your population would be 0.

No countries got destroyed, because that's *not how nuclear fallout works*. Blowing up a nuclear reactor would, to my knowledge, not have the same affect as a nuclear bomb going off. Holland would lose the most people, no matter how many magically transformed into moles and moved underground. A lot of europe would be untouched, fallout would travel with the wind, and places like switzerland where there are tons of mountains would be mostly fine.

 

Also, blowing up a nuclear reactor counts as using it as a weapon, which is against the thread rules, so it never happened. Plus nuclear liquid? Really? Really? That might affect some of western europe, and the coastal countries for a bit, but there is no way it would get out of europe. If you dumped 10 million gallons of red dye into the ocean, it would turn the place where you dumped it red, and then it would just dissipate as it got pulled by currents. It would not affect pretty much anywhere else.
