50 more LAART's have been produced and have been sent to the Mozambique/South African border. Taxes have been raised to accomodate all of this military production, however few complain as unemployment has shot down to a mere 3%.

I invite the new Germany back in to the European Confederacy (again). The conditions include free trade and full military support.

I imiagine that Italy is just fine these days and my generous citizens that were helping out the victims of the Earthquake have returned home. They are now nationally recognized as honorary heroes.

I don't know if anyone remembers, but around 5 or 6 years ago I stated that Finland was working on a secret military project. We sped it up to help the war effort in Belarus, and we are unveiling it today.

Finland has created several units of a new tank. The tanks are being deployed on the front in Belarus. I don't want to go into detail about them, except they are the fastest, toughest, and deadliest tanks in the world. They cost a bunch to make, and we are willing to sell the plans for them for $100 Billion dollars (about as much as it cost to develop and build them) to almost anyone we deem as little threat to ourselves. If you buy the plans you must sign a treaty with Findenland and only manufacture one or two units of the tank.

These tanks will be called the CN1.

Good luck Belarus.

I'll buy the prints, but after that they're mine and I can build as many tanks as I'd like.

Everything is running smoothly. More buildings are now able to sustain even if they get attacked by a plane, helicopter, and etc.

Everything is running smoothly. The Kingdom of Jerusalem has no ambitions right now, but will help Iran and Japan in any way I can.

New Update at the bottom of this rant.

What exactly makes a CN1 better than an Abrams or T99? Since just saying you've made the best tank in the world isn't exactly realistic. For example, I guarantee it isn't the fastest, deadliest and toughest tank. Because fastest, and toughest are sort of opposite. Unless you've discovered an incredibly light yet strong material that could be used as armor, you're not going to be very fast if you're also the toughest tank. Same with deadliest. Even if you use a huge gun, you're going to be slower, because not only do you add more weight with the bigger gun, the shells will be bigger, and weigh more, making the tank even slower. If you managed to make it have enough horsepower that it could go just as fast enough that it's the fastest tank in the world (the fastest is almost exactly 50mph, if I remember right) you would need a ridiculously strong engine. The Abrams uses jet fuel. To power something on the ground, and it only gets 35 mph in practical situations. And it gets like .6 mpg. What you're saying would get probably something like .2 mpg. Unless you made an enormous gas tank, adding lots more weight and size, reducing the mpg further, the tank couldn't go more than 50-100 miles without needing to be refueled. It's like saying you made the biggest, fastest, and most fuel efficient car in the world; it doesn't really work that way.

Ok, brazil/space update.

The Brazilian-Norway Space Station which will serve as a launch point and assembly point for this project is complete. The station itself consists of five main parts:

The living quarters, which is pretty much where people on it will spend most of their time.

The communications relay, self explanatory.

The Assembly bay, the place where the modules will be connected to the main engine, and all of that.

The Loading bay, where ships will dock and supplies will be delivered.

The HVR-3 Alignment system. This works with the communications relay.

The HVR-3 AS is not connected to the rest of the station, and will orbit separately but it is nonetheless an important part. The other parts are separate for now, and will be launched into space one at a time, in the order I listed them. The first launch will take place during carnaval next year. Once the parts are all in space, the prototype craft will be brought up, assembled, and launched.

In africa, Brazil has funded a successful military coup of the DRC, and are negotiating with the new leader at this time. With the conclusion of the Brazilian half of the space program drawing near, quality of life for the people of namibia, angola, and zambia will soon improve once we start exporting the mined materials to the rest of the world, and thus get the workers better wages.

Military spending will get back on track soon too.

I was looking foreward to crushing your puny island.

All Luxembourg forces sent to the now wasteland-Easter Islands are returning home.

Bulgaria is in Europe is it not?

I offer you a spot in the European Confederacy. But I'm keeping a close eye on you.

The military is now training special soldiers to pilot LAART's in an even better fashion. The training process takes about 3 months on average per person. I can train up to 40,000 at a time, but I won't because I don't have that many LAART's. lol.

I also ask that Isreal please research some new and better infintry weapons. I'll even help fund the research.

Infantry weapons also reach a maximum level of "goodness" too. You don't need to pump out new weapon types every year if you've barely even used the old ones. Despite the fact it was designed 60 years ago, the ak-47 is still one of the best assault rifles in the world. A soldier armed with an silenced m4 with a night vision scope, laser sights, a comfy grip and double iron sights isn't gonna necessarily win against a soldier with an ak. I mean sure, guns have come a long way. The barret m82 is one of, if not the best sniper rifle in the world, and it's over 20 years old. The svd, another great gun is 45 years old.

The first version of the m16 was made in the 60s. Gun technology doesn't change that much in a few years. Plus re-equipping you're whole army with new guns would take up to a billion dollars or more, plus training expenses, if it takes different ammunition there's a lot more money, and that doesn't even mention R&D

marry me. <3:

Anywho, 40 more LAART's have been produced, unemployment is down to 2.6% and taxes are slowly increasing again.

I only mentioned the new weapon research because I want a weapon that is on par with the super awesome support vehicles that everyone seems to be producing, myself included. The weapons I'm currently being supplied with are more than sufficient, I just was looking for some improvement. There's always room for improvement. Especially with that Scarab lookin' monster that one country is trying to put out. I'm not even sure who it belongs to. Not to mention those Exo-suit deals that have been going around.

Haha, that wasn't necessarily directed just at you by the way, but to anyway who wants to pump out a magical new gun that's the best in the world.

It think I'm one of the few who isn't making some super-vehicle. Well, other than the spaceship. Come to think of it, the propulsion system could easily be weaponized, but it's nuclear so that's against the rules.

Also I want 1 exo-suit, as I've said before. Just 1, and I'll pay a nice amount for it. I don't want to have to join some alliance in order to get it though. And yes, I'm aware of all the anti-tampering stuff, so it's not like I'm gonna start building my own.

Spacewise: The first fifth of the station will be launched in exactly 1 hour 54 minutes in real time to coincide with carnaval.

It's been done.

A Taiwanese mathematician has divided by 0.

This has caused the island to implode, sucking in a large portion of the Pacific Ocean with it. Where Taiwan used to be, there is now an eternally violent clash of storm and ocean.

Who knows what this could result in? A disturbance in trade to Japan, perhaps?

News from Australia.

After several cases of companies buying out politicians I have been forced to halt all funding to politicians, and instead all payments shall be made to a central pool and this money be divided evenly. I hate to cause drastic measures, but it is in the interest of the general public.

A recent accident at one of Australia's Uranium mines has caused it to be closed until it is proven to be safe, and the spilt Uranium has been removed from the area. The cause is currently unknown, but it is suspected that it was caused by a malfunction.

Police and the Army are having to have a raid against terrorist groups due to a lead of a group getting their hands on nuclear weaponry. The raids are only achieving a 5% success rate, and the nuclear weapons have not yet be found. We do expect this amount to slowly raise.

The Army have decided to slowly replace armoured tanks with active defence tanks (Tanks which can detect missiles and rockets and destroy them before they reach the tank, as well as make it easy to kill nearby infantry who may try to plant explosives near the tanks.) We plan on keeping our current tanks for as long as we can, but will no longer build new ones.

We would also like Japan to design us Exobreaker's which are designed for fast movement as well as the jump thing (forgot name) but not to be as armoured as the other ones, and not increase their strength.

Ok, its just overall the best. It mixes all those qualities and is good in each of them. They are slightly more maneuverable than a heavily armored one, more armored than a small, light one, and more fuel efficient than most tanks.

Anyway, Belarus has surrendered. Including losses and armies gained, Findenland now has around 150,000 troops, with over a million and a half in reserves.

Nice Mage man

Malaysias nuclear research is coming along as well as the universities finally being finished (tuition is free of charge)

Our hospitals have been overloaded with newborns so we had to set-up some "field" hospitals

Research on the H.S. 0.1 is going along nicely and the project will be renamed Tactical Artillery Walker or T.A.W. for short

I am setting up a draft for 500,000 men and stepping up the production of tanks and setting up an air force

they should be trained and ready in 3 years time.

Meanwhile the retooling of certain ship yards is almost complete and we are beggining to build aircraft carriers (should take at least 3 years) as well as frigates and destroyers (2 years for those)

To pay for this new spending taxes have been increased by 3.75% on the middle class 7.5% on the upper class and a 2% cut on people living below the poverty level.

Also we are stepping up the production of crude oil and natural gas as well as building some refineries (should take 4 years)

Thats a year in malaysia

newa from russia:

russian warships are now mounted with railguns- 7.5km range and 97.2% accuracy.

education reforms are taking well

army and airforce upgrades have made little headway, expecting another few (of our) days to be complete

in other news, russia needs allies, for in the event that a war breaks out, our developing military is unlikely to be able to hold anyone off

I'm gonna be walking down an alley in varrock, and walka is going to walk up to me in a trench coat and say "psst.. hey man, wanna buy some sara brew"
