I wish Iceland would be part of the United States, the Icelandic language would become extinct, everyone in Iceland who doesn't speak English would automaticlly learn that language, And Iceland would be US state and no longer its own nation. And everyone who was born in Iceland before it became US state wouldn't be accused of being illegal immigrants.

Granted, along with the change all aspects of Icelandic culture and history are forever removed.
