Granted, but it's filled with gods/demigods who hate you for reasons you don't know, and therefore they torture you endlessly because of that idiotic amount of hatred. :(

 

 

Anywho, this one wishes that their IRL self had the ability to change hair colors at will, without any penalty to themself, without any penalty to others, and without penalty to anything/everything else. BTW, the definition of the word "penalty" being used here is the 5th one in the 1st major entry on Dictionary.com's website. Click here to view the definition on Dictionary.com, everyone. Granted, but the devil himself hires a lawyer to get [your country's governing body] to regulate your future wishes it based solely on me not bothering to decipher your attempt at legalese. Failing that, the lawyer uses the vague wording to steal that power from you. Either way, someone can change hair colors at will, but they can't decide what color it changes to - Not as a penalty, but because that level of control wasn't included in the wish.

Granted. It's grossly underpowered and has a max of 200 using max str bonus, overload, 99 str, etc.
