Currently 86 slayer with 98 att 90 str 90 def and I'm wondering which one would be a better choice. I teleport to karamja with the gloves so it's fairly fast and the tasks don't seem too different and currently I have Iron Drags, Steel Drags, Warped terrorbirds and Aquanites blocked and if I do decide to change to Kuradel it would mean terrorbirds and aquanites off and possibly iron/steels because of the new dungeon.

I'd switch. With a ferocious ring, or even slayer ring -> fairy ring, Kuradal should be just as fast to access, and you'll get more slayer points as well as the opportunity to use the new dungeon, which is nice. Plus, although you lose dagannoths, you get to add warped tortoises (much better than the terrorbirds) and living rock dudes.

I really am unsure which slayer master is best to use though, but I definetly prefer Duradel's assigned monsters.

 

The xp will be close because of the new ring, Jad task and larger assignments (more Abberant Sceptres and Kalphite to cannon etc) compared to more cannonable tasks and more charms.

That's the same for the uncannonable tasks, and as you mentioned she actually has less cannon tasks so you would spend less time cannoning.

but you missed scarabites there, another awesome cannonable task she doesn't assign.

 

Taking all that into account, to me it seems best just to get tasks from her for bonus tasks (10th/50th etc), and use duradel for all other tasks (if you're after faster xp). If you just want a change, she would probably be more fun, even though you get longer and thus more tedious tasks.

But then, I never liked his tasks anyways. I always used sumona instead. So maybe I'm a little biased ;P

Hmm, you might convince me to start using here. I just dont like that her new tasks are bad charm droppers (and the good charm droppers being dags (I do em in CT) and scabs are taken off) and that I would have to take Warped terrorbirds off the list. (I have currently warped terrorbirds, hellhounds, kalphites and steel dragons on the list, if the hellhounds are close together and agressive, I might unblock those and if z spear + super antifires + turmoil rocks this much at iron dragons, I might unblock steels too).

The northern shortcut (the less useful one) requires 86(around). The southern (more useful) one requires 90.

She doesnt assign jad, but if you get the tzhaar task she asks you if you want to do something special if you say yes you can kill jad for bonus exp. At least thats how I understand it.

The thing is, you can't kill him on a normal Tzhaar task as there are tons of monsters you have to fight before actually fighting jad. The only way to be able to kill jad while on task is to take Kuradal's offer on getting the chance to kill jad. She then bumps the number up to 280 creatures

Personally, I really like Kuradal. I never cannoned tasks anyways, and I love most of her tasks! Warped Tortoises, Blue Dragons, all that stuff! Love it. :lol: It all comes down to personal preference. I might have to alter my blocked task list if I decide I like her enough. :D

I haven't had time to actually try out the new tasks, but I saw it was in the whirlpool so it's worth noting that you can use games necklaces to get there pretty fast aswell (might be useful to those who haven't completed fairy tales p2/bought slayer rings/have ferocious rings). I don't know much more though :P

I haven't had time to actually try out the new tasks, but I saw it was in the whirlpool so it's worth noting that you can use games necklaces to get there pretty fast aswell (might be useful to those who haven't completed fairy tales p2/bought slayer rings/have ferocious rings). I don't know much more though :P

It's also fast if you just use lunar magics and contact npc to get assignments from her.

That's what I'm doing, so I've got a stack of teletabs for everything else. The only thing I really miss is high alch, but if I ever want to switch, I've got some astral tabs to change spellbooks quickly. So far it's working out really well ;D
