XxTearGodxX
https://chrome.google.com/extensions/ Firefox has got some competition on it's hands I think pretty soon.
Gandorf61
Nice, I may actually consider downloading Chrome again. The only reason I got rid of it before was do to the lack of extensions and with this new feature live it's putting Google Chrome ahead again. Not sure if this will impact Firefox too much, but hopefully it will attract some IE users. :) Pyramid Plunder Guide Tip.it Forum Rules Adventurer's LogThanks to Cowboy14 for the awesome sig! Racheya
This is great. The only reason I still have Firefox installed is because it has some add-ons that I really find useful, once they get ported over to Chrome I'll be buzzing like a bee :P I edit for the [Tip.It Times]. fruitdisc00
Bleeping awesome. The only reason I dropped chrome was because it didn't have AdBlock and NoScript. Now it looks like it has some cool extensions I haven't seen available for FF before. Alright.

AndyPandy
Using chrome now. The only thing I miss from FF is live bookmarks. So don't let anyone tell you you're not worth the earth, These streets are your streets, this turf is your turf, Don't let anyone tell you that you've got to give in, Cos you can make a difference, you can change everything, Just let your dreams be your pilot, your imagination your fuel, Tear up the book and write your own damn rules, Use all that heart, hope and soul that you've got, And the love and the rage that you feel in your gut, And realise that the other world that you're always looking for, Lies right here in front of us, just outside this door, And it's up to you to go out there and paint the canvas, After all, you were put on the earth to do this, So shine your light so bright that all can see, Take pride in being whoever the [bleep] you want to be. obfuscator
I won't lie, I'm not really a fan. The primary reason I use chrome is because it's so lightweight - if I wanted a large amount of add-ons I'd use Firefox. Still, doesn't affect me since they are all optional. I guess it's nice for people who have some sentimental attachment to chrome. easonadam
Is there a way to arrange the tool bars [home, forward/back buttons - bookmark bar - tab bar]. Also, any recommendations on a theme which will darken the tool bars?
Ouchy
Speaking of Chrome, any time I use it and perform any action, I get a message that says chrome[Caution: Executable File] - Corrupt File. Any way to fix this? Download Firefox. On a more serious note, these look cool, maybe in a few years time, Chrome shall surpass FF? Sbrideau
Why so many steps to see the properties of an image? Make it like it's as easy as any other browser.

There was one released a couple of days ago, if you haven't checked Software Update in a while.Chrome still won't touch Java, which kills any chance of me using it at the moment. Unless of course I'm doing something wrong and user error is to blame. Have you gotten Chrome to display Java?
Sam
Sorry Laura, I'm not sure how to spot Java - how could I instigate it in chrome? Viewing lightbox, playing runescape? 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM
Laura
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml If you look at this site through Safari, Firefox, Opera, Camino, etc, it will show the Java applet. Try it with Chrome and it is absent from the page. Same thing with games such as Runescape.

Mirror
This is what happens when I went to that site on Chrome. Looks like it works for me. I know I had to download Java for it when I tried to open Runescape on it when I first downloaded Chrome (which was way back when it came out) Also, is there an adblock extension that will block the ad and not actually hide it? The one I am using hides it, not blocks it. I don't want to download the ad... A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind.
