Grasping the bell i rang it will my might... it attacked me.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- missing 13 others if tip it is correct about there being 26 [/hide] i've been at waterfiends alot latly for summoning and have been getting alot of ancient pages by rummaging the near by skeleton. only 14 out of 26 so far, if you find any more please post, and as i'm reading them i'm curiouse as to why i don't find any topics actually discussing them because there are some potential spoilers and sneak peaks in them. Interestingly, it also mentions Arposandra. I can't remember the gnome series very much after doing them years ago, however isn't that the ancient Gnome city Glough is looking for? Could it possible be through the cavern? If anybody still has the gnomish translation book, it would be nice to have a translation. Want to be my friend? The real reason nobody knows much about these is that nobody really hunts for them. If you're killing mithril dragons, you're looking for a dfh, not some page of gibberish. The caves are clearly of artificial manufacture, though the excavations must have been thousands of years ago, to judge by the... Our theory of artificial origins has been vindicated! We have discovered a sturdy door, which seems to be a similar age to the original excavations. I am sure that there is a magical or mechanical activity behind it, though it may be simply be a great rush of water. The door resists all of our efforts to penetrate it, even the Fishing explosives which Derril suggested were tried with no success. There must be some way through which is linked to magic though perhaps all who know the secret are now long dead. Nobody said all the pages were lost there at once or that they belonged to the same book. Due to my epic stats, I have now started WGS (but I still hate spoilers).
