Like if there was a movie you really wanted to see, and no one you knew was interested, would you go by yourself? Because, no offence to my friends, but they for the most part of terrible taste in movies, and do not see any critically acclaimed movies. They rather settle for childish movies, comedies and cheezy action flicks. So what does everyone think of going by yourself? Now, in hindsight the movie was crap. However, I didn't know it at the time, so I just went and saw the damn thing, on my own. And I don't really care, either. The only boring bit was the break, because it's just 15 minutes of sitting around doing squat all waiting for the film to start again (buying anything in the cinema doesn't even cross my mind as they overcharge by about 200% or so). So yes, I've been to the cinema alone, and I don't think there's anything weird about it. I've also watched films at home by myself plenty of times. Not much of my friends want to join me to the small independent cinema (only one hall :D) because they don't like the titles shown there, one mate does like to come with me, but he's very bussy always, so sometimes I just go on my own. I really don't see why you can't go to the cinema on your own, lol. If you want to see the movie but nobody wants to see it with you, you just go alone, right? After all it is about the movie. Once the movie starts in a drama you can't talk anyway. And if it's a serious drama most of the people there won't be kiddies. I'd never go to see an action movie alone, but I'd seriously consider a drama. I'm saying this because I'm considering going see Walk The Line by myself.
