Yes it would be, but with your stats I don't think you can effectively boss hunt. :thumbdown:

With your levels, you shouldn't even consider boss monsters. Not even the mole.

I would have to go with Graardor.

 

Giant mole is consistant drops, but I don't see making a ton of money there.

 

KBD is fun, but his best drop is a Draconic Visage; quite rare if I remember correctly.

 

Chaos Elemental....drops a dragon 2h and thats about it?

 

K'ril is hard to solo in my opinion due to his special attack hitting through prayer. Only notable drop is a Zamorak hilt and spear, with Graardor you'll have 3 drops worth a lot compared to just 1.

At your stats, mole would probably be best.

The problem isn't that you can't kill Graardor. The problem is the competition from level 130+, ags, yak, overload people who like to kill him too. You will have difficulty finding a team and difficulty soloing.

I've killed all of them before, they're not that hard if you have the correct gear and equipment.

I have a 7 mil budget and torag's body and legs and whip and slayer helm and obsidian cape, dragon boots, ring of wealth, glory amulet and combat brace already in my bank.

It's not about being able to kill them; it's about being able to kill them effectively. Meaning the ability to kill a good number before needing to leave - because you'll need to bank, restock, get back to GWD and re-aquire the kill count.

 

You don't want to be spending a while getting the 40 kill count and then barely managing a kill. Also, never forgot that you will almost always be crashed when someone see's your level and decides they could easily beat you to the kill, and that's considering you find a empty world in the first place.

Probably because most high levels go to GWD for boss hunting and the KBD is more of a 'Boss-Monster-for-lower-levels', so I bet your 'competition' were fairly low leveled.

If you think those drops are worth the time spent killing the mole, then go ahead. At the end of the day, do what you enjoy. :wink:

Three kills is not good. You're much better off camping chaos druids. You're not going to have much luck at the mole, either.

My advice would be to train skills until you get 95+ stats, 88/96/99 summ, 88/91 herb, 70/95 prayer. Then go monster hunt.

 

If you want to do an activity for fun, go play soul wars. It's decent prayer xp :thumbsup: If you get even 1 zeal point a game, that's like 2K xp at your level, which is worth about 50K gp. If you get 3 zeal points a game, that's 150K!

Yet, ironically, not a bad idea at current prices.

 

Or moss giants with lunar.

Or castlewars ogres.

Or any of the other fast bone droppers, if you can find a good bank method.

 

When people say monster hunting, they usually discuss bosses, but plenty of nonboss monsters give really good drops.

 

Anyway, bone collecting is really profitable right now, with curses being so desirable.

Whether you should go for dragons or babydragons or big bones depends not only on your ability to fight, but possibly more importantly, your ability to bank.

There's some really close big bones to banks/teleports.

As others have said, I wouldn't really bother doing GWD until you're maxed with good gear/stats/herblore/prayer etc.

 

However, if you can muster 88 Summoning and do WGS, I'd recommend doing Tormented Demons, as your stats are good enough for that and it's not terribly crowded. It's more profitable than GWD imo.

Do this for me.. (2,700,000/8032)*[time taken to get to and kill Jad] That's how long it'd take..

 

Add 8k to the amount of Tokkul if you sell extra Fire Capes, in the end, that'd still be too long to be considered good profit, if any.

Add 8k to the amount of Tokkul if you sell extra Fire Capes, in the end, that'd still be too long to be considered good profit, if any.

 

If you take 1.5 hours to kill jad, and spend 25k on supplies each time, it would take 10 and a half days of straight playing and cost 4.2m to get enough tokkul this way.

 

add on the 5.8m profit from the fury and you get about 23k an hour profit.

Well, I think you've just proven that Jad would be terrible for moneymaking, the Mole would be better.

Just as a side note, if you're hell bent on killing boss monsters barrows gloves will give you a good boost, it's like wearing 4 torsos on your hands not to mention the accuracy boosts.

They're still useless if your stats suck and you can't even kill the boss once without banking.
