Things that annoy the HELL out of you.

When you have an itch, and can't make it go away. Also, that lethargic feeling you get from sleeping in the middle of the day - it's so... unpleasant? :???:

I found a panda and then we bought malt liquor. I hold my malt liquor better than a panda.

And I thought my weekends were good. ._.

  • Thanks to you, I'm imagining a circle of hell that's a movie theater that plays nothing but child porn (And Setzer/Friedberg movies, this is hell after all), and it's impossible to see or hear anythin

  • How hard it is to find classy/ unobtrusive merchandise relating to shows in general (but especially anime).   All I want is a nice watch or keychain that will remind me of my favorite show when I look

Not being able to get to sleep. All that uncomfortable moving, and then when you settle into a spot, you lie there thinking about stuff, which makes you think more and then you can't relax and then sleeping chances are lowered by a lot.. Horrible, horrible times.

That's why I never take naps during the day, and why I never sleep in later than 11am. Because of the lethargic feeling, not because of an itching problem.

Mhmm. This usually happens on Sundays for me, when I'm thinking about what the next week will be like and thinking about what I did in the past week and what I should've done and what I wanted to do. Can't get to bed at a decent hour cause of that, and then I start my weeks off tired.

Also, I hate rooms that don't have any air movement in them. Especially when I'm trying to sleep. I don't care if it's the middle of winter, my fan is on, blowing cold air into my room. Last night I almost had to sleep in a basement without a fan. Luckily, I found one and hooked it up right next to my face. I guess the sound is also soothing. I hate going to bed when it's completely silent. Best combo is a fan (with a bit of a rattle) and some music. I've been listening to music before I go to bed since 5th grade (to get the 'sleep' effect (i.e. music turning off after a certain time) I used cassette tapes and recorded the music I wanted to sleep to onto those so that the music and music machine (boombox) turned off after an hour or so (yay for conserving energy)).

I listened to a tape with the song 'Clocks' by Coldplay on repeat on it for probably 3 straight years (no joke). Every single night. Oh, and then once I got my iPod nano in 8th grade (the old school one with the silver back cover and the squarish edges), I used that for my bedtime music. I listened to 'The Long Spring' on repeat every night for about 2 more years. Then, I started making sleep playlists.

Get back here so I can rub your butt.

Would that be Avast? I think the update version of it says 'Avast virus database has been updated.' I got rid of that a few weeks ago and just downloaded the free antivirus from the Miscrosoft website.

Fixed it.

The last part remains the same, however.

People in shopping centers that are ignorant to other traffic. They'll just stop right in the middle of the aisle doing something, while people try to scoot around them.

They're called "Italians", and they extend this to their driving, walking in public, and every other aspect of their lives so long as they're in a public place.

It usually happens to me when I'm on days. If I do get to sleep, I wake up every now and then thinking I overslept.

This entire part of the post would apply to me as well, if not for the music choice. Right down to the Nano with silver back cover and squarish edges.

I'm Italian, and I don't act like this. :-|

But do you live in Italy? Or, as is more likely, are you a person of Italian heritage living in the US, UK, Canada etc?

I am referring to the scientific fact that all Italians residing anywhere on the Italian peninsula south of Rome act in this way.

Haha, I have the same iPod too. Hooray for being too cheap to buy an iPod touch.

I just throw mine on shuffle and let it run through the night.

I find that if I leave music on all night, I don't sleep very good. It's funny, my roommate, if he plays music all night, will wake up in the middle of the night soaked with sweat. We've tested this (rather, I've accidently left music on all night and he's been soaked in sweat every time).

The hold button on my old iPod nano won't work, so I never try to put it on hold anymore, since I'm scared it'll get stuck on hold. It's battery life is also pretty much shot, hah. Can't be bothered to spend money on another iPod, though.

One of the screws on my glasses unscrews very easily and pops out after I clean the lens a few times. Just happened again and now my mom can't find out small screwdriver :/

I need to get a new pair.

EDIT: whoops I thought this was the today thread....my bad.

Being woken up early by construction across the street. I don't need an alarm clock, I have a hammer or a power saw go off every morning at 7:30. -.-

That sucks. There's a park literally next to my house, and they always cut the grass early Wednesday morning.

I'm annoyed by people who are nonconformists just to be nonconformist. By that, I mean people who rebel against everything for some inane purpose, like boycotting socks.

The fact that nobody understands you doesn't mean you're an artist.

Man, I know what you mean. I was a nonconformist before it was cool to be one. I write about it in my blog. Most people here probably wouldn't understand it.

(Kidding, of course )

Last summer we had some people reside our house. 6am every morning they were pounding on the walls. So god damn annoying...but now we have beautiful siding!

This computer is rotting. The internet gets disconnected for no reason and either overheating of the CPU or graphics card, or something else entirely, is causing it to freeze.
