Some people don't realize this, but mining pure essence is TONS quicker than even iron. Here is my reasoning: 1) You are not competing with anyone 2) You click once, you will have a full inventory soon. 3) It's very close to a bank 4) You can sell essence in huge sums quickly at easily 100-120gp each, which is the price of iron.
