I need some really epic smudge settings, accepting all and any please? :geek:

I want to have the ability to trace over my sketches (such as the one in my signature) with the pen tool, so does anyone have any tips or favourite tutorials for mastering the pen tool in Illustrator?

 

Some vector tutorials over on dA had some pretty good sections about the pentool, nothing major though.

I'm looking for some decent tutorials for a beginner with the scope to becoming more advanced, so far I've looked at these but I want to start making things myself and have no idea where to start:

hey.. i'm trying to make an intro to my youtube vids which will use sound.

 

the "video" portion has been done since last night, however i've spent hours upon hours trying to add sound :wall: :wall:

i import the sound and if i hit "L L" to view waveform- its valid and its recognized.. i just can't get it to play.

 

 

 

could somebody PLEASE tell me how to get it to play? i know its probably a noob question, but i've been searching around for a bit- can't find anything

Just click on the button I marked with a red square. It starts rendering your movie for a preview (with sound).

 

And that should make it play.

It seems like that includes a lot of the basic concepts used to make sprites. Also, MS Paint is a worthy enough program to use to make them.

I was wondering. If I began Macro Photography, what equipment and price am I looking at for decent photos. Any other Info Is a Plus.

Pat: When I used to do Macro Photography, I used a digital camera, which cost me about $500, but it is about 5 years old now.

 

If you are serious about photography, then I would very much recommend you getting a Sony a200. They are perfect to people getting into to, and advancing through. http://www.sony.net/Products/dslr/a200/ I'd recommend that you pop down to your local camera shop, and ask them for there opinions. Also, don't rule out buying a camera second hand.
