On your question, no, except finding a larger source image of it. Because its a photo i dont think they took it in that small format so there should be a source image somewhere. And for IE7: Right click the image and select properties, and somewhere there should be an url like: http://www.google.nl/intl/nl_nl/images/logo.gif Copy that and put it in image tags.
