I know, I was expecting some kind of lightly themed map, but I guess the prisoner map had a good dark theme relative to L4D. Really think VALVe should extend on this anyways. Also, who here has done Hunter City? It's freaking awesome, I tried to do it, but failed after 30 minutes. January 27, 200917 yr There are people who knows how to make 3D content, without SDK's you know... But yea some are from other Source engine games, and then the rest are just bits and pieces put together to work. They're great fun!

January 27, 200917 yr Well maps for L4D can be started on using the Orange Box engine, but maps won't work completely until the L4D SDK. The Nova Prospekt map uses textures from Half-Life 2 (there's even a dead combine in one of the security offices). Get back here so I can rub your butt.

If you wanna go rambo, solo revive yourself. --- So I'm deciding to do map reviews for custom or maps that are designed or ported over for Left 4 Dead. I'm going to do individual maps and entire series. Basically I'll do a review, similar template to the one I'm about to link you to, and also a video demonstration of the map, as well as pictures in the review. Oh, and subscribe to me on YouTube cause I'm awesome and you know it. --- Anyways the map is pretty fun overall, few bugs and such but oh well. It's very easy to beat in Easy and Normal once you play it a couple of times. Advanced is tough but not impossible, and expert isn't something I'm gonna waste my time on. By the way do it with bots only, not with other humans. =P
