Black Ops was easily the best and most fun Call of Duty.

I completely agree. Fantastic multiplayer on top of a deep, action packed campaign, makes it one of the best.

 

It was the most frustrating game and I wasn't even playing it in the last months before MW3 because of that. It was frustrating because I kept shooting though people, and it would even appear in game winning killcams. Yesterday my friend and I while we were doing some S&D in MW3 just talked about that and he started laughing so hard when recalling the memory of me shooting through the person that got the game winning killcam a long time ago on Black Ops.

wow i just had a great game of dom, went 30 and 5 (or 6 i cant remember).

started off with the ump ran out of ammo and picked up a msr, got about 15 kills standing in that 1 spot with the msr, and theater was off ;_;

 

always do good with the snipers if i pick them up :\

I have to say, combining Team Defender and Recon Drone is an excessive amout of XP. I had more points at the end of the game with 13 kills than the guy that had 34 kills in my team. After playing a couple of hours of S&D with friends where I went from 75-77 I decided to go Team Defender, and just an hour got 77-80.

How do you tag with a recon drone? I dont really understand how to use them haha, More of an asault man - but Recon drones are so annoying!

Same as firing a gun. You have to wait for it to lock on though, but that's almost instantly if they have the arrow above them.

Recon drones don't annoy me, they're quite easy to destroy with simply your primary gun if it's a machine gun.

I tried to take out a recon drone with a Javelin missile once. It was a very bad idea.

I hate how the final killcam only goes to the winning team (I only play Domination). It's kinda annoying to get a nice triple kill or a quickscope or something fancy like that, only to "lose" the killcam to some rather noob-ish semtex kill or whatever.

Yeah I think it should go back to the last kill of the game is the final kill cam. Frustrating to get thoose challanges where you need to get the winning kill cam with killstreaks, I have just been doing them in FFA now - So far got chopper, Predator and Throwing knife final kills. Want a semtex stick and riot shield next :ohnoes:

Switched to Support. Actually getting more kills with my killstreaks by doing that.

Playing around a little (hit level 48 or so, not prestiged yet) with handguns, but they are unusable when compared to the hordes of people using akimbo FMG9s, especially with Sleight of Hand pro to mitigate long draw times for machine pistols.

i heard using the tac knife on a pistol made it recoil less or somthing. true or false?

I havent noticed any different in the .44 mag or usp when I used a tacknife with it

I played splitscreen multiplayer with four people for something like 20 hours during my only time with MW3 thus far.

 

It's a shame things somehow get unbalanced in larger games, because we were all pretty equal except for the nine-year-old. And even he beat the crud out of us now and again.

 

That being said, me using akimbo .44 Magnums was banned repeatedly in our games. Even more than the Type 95.

The rapid fire attachment was probably capped at that because it was already a fast gun. Looking at the stats, rapid fire pushes it to the top.

I wish they hadn't screwed over the Deagle from Cod4. In Cod4 it was amazing, but in MW2 and 3 it's utter crap. Don't really understand how they managed to make it so terrible.

 

But oh well, the .44 does just as good, especially the incredibly fast reload time.
