1.

 

 

 

i was a lvl 3 noob, and a mate of me came to me, he said: ill give you a good weapon. i waited for him ( al kahrid desert near mine ) and finally he came back and traded me a steel scimmitar. i was happy with my "good" weapon.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

then another guy came to me. ( higher lvl of course, dont know what lvl ) he said: i want that weapon, ill trade it to you for something good. so i traded him and he said: give it to me and then we walk to the bank and then i pick something out you can have for it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

so i gave him my steel scimmitar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

but then he started laughing at me. hahahahahaha i dont give you anything, thanks for that steel scimmitar

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the first time i got scammed :( that silly noob, scamming me for a useless weapon like that. but hey, noobs are common in runescape....

this story is a little a shame for me :( this is the story where I was the noob :(

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i died in wildy and i had not much money left anymore, i really felt bad. so i called a friend of me ( not real life friend though ) i asked him for 70k, i need that to buy some rune items i told him. he gave me the 70k and then i removed him and put him at the ignore list :(

It was in the old days, before i quitted for about 2 or 3 years..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was lucky because i just got my "ownage" mith chain, and i was running around in wildy.. (as i didn't know the bad stuff there) and i me a guy in my lvl, and Swedish :o and ofcourse, he backstabbed me.. ktxbye

I don't quite understand why you would take him off your friend list if he gave you 70k...

Oh yeah, my story... I was about lvl 13 and had just gotten my defense to 10. I was wearing some black trimmed armor (because I basically only worked on getting money back then). I decided that a trip to the air temple would be interesting, so I left Falador. On my way there, I had to answer the phone (back in reality) and as I left, a highwayman came and killed me. The reason he could kill me was that my auto-retaliate was off. The worst part of this was that I was carrying my friends mithril square sheild, chainbody, and helm, so I lost all of my black armor and had to give him his back.

When i was a newb i died about 4 times...2 of them are a bit funny.

 

 

 

The first:you konw,when you're a newb,you wanna go around and explore evrything in runescape.I know i wanted to.When i came to draynor i saw a jail...waw a jail i thought.It was a miracle perhaps,but i got in without any troubles.But going out...the jail guards attacked me.I was dead in a minute...i was sad because i lost my air talisman :?

 

 

 

the second time was really stupid.I was training and i had only 1 hp left...and i accidental clicked on a man.Boom!1!I was dead.I was killed by a man!!!! :oops:

1] I used to think the stuff you got from tutorial island was vital to getting better so whenever i died and lost it i made a new acount and started over. I must have done this 3 or 4 times. :D

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2] I fell for the old armour trimming scam, except he would upgrade armour to the next type for free and i lost my full steel :cry:

 

 

 

I also remember getting angry just after and trying to get him to give it back. I reported him about 12 times i should think

3] some guy said he would give me and a couple of other people lower than like level 12 some free stuff, so we followed him. He said he needed a decent weapon and i had a steel scimmy, which was apparently good enough. I eagerly traded with him as I was sure i would get that and some free st00fs later on. Meanwhile he had eagerly logged out. :(

yes, then he claimed it was his little brother who did it. i "forgave him" for it, then a day later, he tried to do it again. this time i got wise to it and refused, then put him on ignore and logged off. a few days later, he pmd me on another account, cause i guess his got banned from me reporting him soo much, and asked me to forgive him again. can you believe it? AGAIN! this time i said flat out no and put him on ignore. i havent heard from him since.

i beat you all. went to abbys, got skulled, plus lost all pray points and 3/4 of my health ( like 15hp left). forgot to heal, and grabbed my d sq and whip, to protect myself next time, and got pked in lvl 4!

that is probably the stupidest thing ever...

well, a friend of mine (friend IRL, that introduced me to runescape) told me i should go kill a lot of chickens, and then sell there feathers for 5-10 gp each to other people. so i did, i killed chickens, took there feathers and cooked there meat, and ate it when i was low health. then my mom asked something, and i was like 3 meters away from my comp talking to her for like 10 secs. i go back, see my char being very low on health. i panic, and try to run out of the pen clicking like 10 times per second. but then some mean guy closed the pen gate, and my chicken hit a whopping 1. NOOOOOO!!!!!!!

me: "NOOO!! That stupid chicken killed me!!"

 

 

 

people around me: "HAHAHA!!! the noob got killed by a chicken!!! ROFLMAO!!!!"

 

 

 

at that time i didnt know what "roflmao" ment, but i knew it was not nice. i logged out, and didnt play for 2 weeks, until my friend asked me why i wasnt online anymore, he then made me full iron, and i was very happy and slowly trained.

 

 

 

THE END

A long time ago(lvl 35-40), when I was very poor, I had defence lvl 30. So I was very happy, bougth full addy with all my money(50k) and went to lvl 49 wildy, trying if I could kill a greater demon. But when I arrived I saw I forgot to take some lobbies with me, and of course the demon killed me.

Having a fun fight with a "friend". We both agreed to give the stuff back if someone died. He was 5 lvls higher and he made me eat all my food so i ran to lvl 4 wild where he couldnt attack me. Then some stupid mage came and killed me, it was probably his friend, i dont know. When i asked for my stuff back he said he didnt get it :roll: The mage only did like 12 damage to me so i knew he was lying. I played along and said i believed him. A few days later we went to giants and i backstabbed him with a some friends for full rune :lol: That felt so good :P

Omg the irony. I just got killed by a tree spirit while reading a topic about doing stupid things in runescape.

 

 

 

So heres mine. Woodcutting while reading a forum and got slain by a tree spirit. Ah carp.

When I first started out in runescape I attacked a lvl 2 man in lumbridge by accident. I didn't think it was an NPC so I was running away going "sorry, Sorry OMG Sorry". That's probably the noobiest thing I've ever seen anyone do since!

Once, pretty long time ago i trained with mah 80lvl main in the greater demons at wild.. ok, i was wearing this cool rune stuff (med, b-axe which i bought for 1mill or some.. , rune square :D.. magic ammy etc..) and i saw this beatiful miss, lvl 90 pure or something.. Well I said i fell in love for first sight on her but she didnt believe me, only attacked me! A girl to my taste! Hitted 30 30 and before the last "kiss" she really said:" <3 . I was at heaven at that point and didnt realize that i just lost my treasures.. Never trust those vicious looking ladies.

One time I was casting curse spells on all the cows in the pen in lumbridge. they were all against the fence in a line and their heads would follow me so I ran back and forth and told some guy I was making them do "the wave" like at stadiums... Casting curse thousands of times gets boring you know.

Heh. I remember when I had just started (september, lol) and my rl friend had told me about how I should always be carefull to watch out for scams. So one time i was training on cows, burying the bones then cooking \ eating the meat. Some lvl 40 runs up, (god-like for me at my lvl) just as my fire turned to ashes. He asks me if I can make a fire for him, and right before I do, I remeber what my friend had told me. So I didnt make him one because I thought it might have been some type of scam. :lol:

Waaay back in RS-C, a guy named Sa0l Matty (he got banned hehehe) told me he could duplicate stuff, and I should give him my full rune (I was level 30, and I was so proud of my rune :P). I, being so damn smart :wink: , told him he was scamming me. He said he wasn't, so I gave him a bunch of junk to "duplicate". I guess he had all that stuff in his bank, because he traded me double of all of it! I was like "wow!" And so I gave him my full rune, and he swore at me and logged off. I reported him, and got a message saying he had been banned a few hours later :D

I was lvl 3 at the time...Having started the game and only been on for like 10 mins i was wondering around the game..With no sense where i was goiung..Picked up bones from dead goblins and air runes from the respawn near draynor village..Well anyway i came to the al-kharid mines and died to the scorpion..I was sad thinking i lost all my items and how hard it was to collect them. :roll:

Was buying 1200 lobbies at 200 ea. For some stupid reson i got an extra zero stuck in my head. Instead of 240k I paid 2.4mil for lobbies.

I was standing in varrock somewhere with my bronze armour that i made myself,and a mugger attacked me, i was getting hurt bad, and someone kills it for me, i said thanks, and he said no probs, so he ends up taking me to wildy and killing me =\ After that i had 2 other people try to do it to me, but i didnt let em.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also on my first account that i ever made, i went to draynor manor and couldnt get out so i quit. :P

i think the most funniest thing on runescape happened with my little brother, Hes just 9 and dont understand the english quite well. So he always came asking me how he would ask such things, so i take a look at his account and saw he found out how the friendlist works :) Then i look at friends and later at his ignore list. There he had farmer, on his ignore list( gave me a good laugh :P) so i ask him, why he ignored him. So my little brother says: "he never talks to me, so i dont wanna talk to him again :P"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

also i gave my lil brother full iron a lot of times, and then when i looked later on his account again he always lost it :P, my brother didnt now the difference between varrock and the wildernis ;)

When I first started out in Lumby on RSC I'd walk around to the back of the castle there and find the knife spawn. I'd stand there for hours waiting for the knife to respawn a few times till my inventory was full of knives. I'd run back to the General Store in Lumby and sell the knives as fast as I could to make money.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That was my worst noob moment ever. Just thinking about it now makes me hang my head in shame. :oops:

Back in the days of rs1 (RSC)...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I remember trying to wear goblin armor when I got some as a monster drop. Hehehe... so why can't I be a goblin and then wear it? Wait, don't answer that...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also some guy asked if I wanted to go into the wild and kill stuff. I followed him and then he turned around and killed me once we were deep enough.

 

 

 

Ever since, I've tried to avoid the wilderness whenever I can. *chuckle*

i had been working in f2p for a month getting full rune (t) which i did and eventually decided to get members.

 

 

 

After i was in members for a hwile i got a bit better (from lvl 83 to lvl 85 or something) and i 156 fire giants as a slayer assignment. I was happily killing fire giants and i had about 50 to go when i was out of food and was about to tally back to stock up. It wasent the first time i had done it, but i decided i would try and wait antill i had about 5 hits left and tally then, just to amke it fun.

 

 

 

eventually i was down to 6 or 7 hits and o click tally, unfortuenetly as i was tallying the giant hit me for a 6 or 7 and i finished turning into a microscopic ball, fall on the ground and died.

 

 

 

I lost my rune (t) kite, a ammy of glory, ring of wealth, something good (i forget what) the fire giants had dropped and a hole lot of other medium value things.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Since then i never try and do that, as soon as i hit no food, i finish killing the guy im on (or maybe a few more if i can, but i dont go below 25 hits) and then tally.

I quit for 4 months because I concidered my character a "lost cause" because at the time I had no one else to teach me how to train effectively. I came back after a friend had demanded I get on and in that one day, training with him, I gained 10 lvls in almost all skills. :shock: I felt so stupid, not thinking of the ways he told me how to "train". :oops:
