cluck Posted January 16, 2006 Share Posted January 16, 2006 it's not a new outfit (that most of players bank space couldn't fit anyway) that changes the situation. 6 months without a serious gameplay addition, Mage arena was a nice try but doesn't get rid of pointless clicking since it's basicaly all about the enchanting section. Jagex did good job for many times. Abyss is an example as great update and it did changed Runecraft nowday. If you don't like updates then simply don't do it and keep play like normal, whine boy. :roll: That's the problem. i've been doing the same old stuff for too long. Think about it. Wildy course has been the one giving the highest exp for ages now, and you don't exactely need lvl 80 to enter. Another disappointing update in a disappointing month in a disappointing season (actualy 6 months). And he has a right to complain about a product that he pays money for if he wants to. Most successful businesses tend to listen to and act on customer complaints. Nobody thinks you're cool cuz you're friggin tip crew so please try not to act as such. I am accepting the fact that Java Gaming Experts is a company that is run by a CEO and tries to do the best to satisfy thier customers. Unfortunately for people level 90+, we do not get the updates we always want. Of course, we ARE the Runescape minority. I do not bow down to them, I merely respect where they are coming from. Perhaps it comes from the fact that I am 20 years old and have taken a few business and economics classes. And shame on you for thinking that I am hiding behind a T.E.T. tag. I never said anything like that, did I? Just looks like someone trying to discredit me. Anything I say here comes from my own persona. Does being in T.E.T. make me any better than you? No! Does my own personal knowledge and worldy experience make me better than you? Probably yes. Simply my being in the T.E.T. only sets us apart by saying that I like to partay more than you do. :P If you want to snag more updates for the higher levels, do the right thing. Do not complain like a bad [wagon] on a third-party forums where Jagex does not read your suggestions, but send in suggestions via the official forums or suggestions feedback option. I would think that a mid-level update would be level 40-45. I mean, think about it; these are the courses you have: Gnome: 1-35 Barbarian: 35-52 Wilderness: 52-64 or something Skullball: 64 or something to whenever. There's a pretty big difference between the barbarian course and the wilderness course. Shouldn't these agility circuits be beneficial and practical? I know that I'm leaving out the Agility arena, but that's not always the most efficient of ways to train the skill - especially if you're on 56k. So, not really worth it for high-level agility trainers. But I think it'll be quite nice for low level agilityers. 40,919th person to access Turmoil. 21,559th person to access Overloads. Despite i didn't show any ego, without even posting my level and my game experience but talking as a normal user dealing with his own opinion (while you assumed something since of what you said about sigmaking lvl and so on), actualy sharing it as you claim you've done later on, and despite i doubt your cultural and experience bg is so clearly better than mine (check previous post for reference) as to assume that "probably yes" [since i'm 24, got 1st degree in Engeneering for Telecomunication Systems in the hardest university of my Country (not realy for choice but actualy cause i live 10 mins on foot far from it lol), taking advanced economy classes along the way and that i'm still studying...] I guess it's nice to let the thing die since i basicaly can't develop hard feelings for more than a couple mins :) . I took the chance to even our odds and let my ego speak, since it's been poked while tenderly asleep as i force him to be when i post here. I think that solves the personal side of the problem from my side, too. I also posted in the "official channels" my ideas btw, actualy talking with Jmods ingame too. But this is the board i've always been into for how many years , 4 ? maybe 5. Can't i post my ideas here without being flamed ? I didn't seem to insult any1... The fact is, and it's bright in the sun, that today's update has no logic. Lvl 30 course (that makes it low-level oriented btw) with poor rewards isn't realy what we needed as the guy above wisely explained. The good graphical effort looks somehow wasted to me. every1 able to do the agility course will skip this, as well as other low levels that might prefer barbarian outpost and agility arena (funny as hell imo). If you then consider that the low levels in this game are fast as hell to do...you'll get my point. What if the place was a good lvl 70 or 75 agility spot ? wouldn't that make more sense ? Just my 2cents. Again no real offence and hard feeling taken here. Text communication is somehow forced to look either black or white. I come to see the General P2P as a place to share information and I am getting pretty sick about complaints since someone will definitely moan and whine like a bastich about one thing or another. I can take those silly, recycled, "Best/wost luck" or "Signs of being addicted to RS" and "Weird glitch" threads but please put all the grievances/whiny/moany threads in the rants section. That was a conversation topic (not a rant topic, sorry) overrun buy assuming noobs willing to start a flaming season on both sides. I remember some very nice and constructive posts there anyway supporting this or that idea (that's what the topic aim was actualy). I reckon it was my fault to hope in a adult-oriented summit when many of the users are teens if not pre-teens. And sorry to burst your bubble but i always try updates before talkin' about them. Anyway back on topic, seems like there's been an update (bugfix). Client fails to load worlds so i just wonder if there's been some noticable fixing in reward/exp.
