navyplaya Posted January 17, 2006 Share Posted January 17, 2006 ok well this might have been posted already, or it might by known to many i dunno, but here is how i runecraft... instead of having lots of glories, and just grabbing a new one once your old one runs out of charges... just have lots of game neckalces and 1 golry... a bit longer, but its alot cheaper. so i just bring my ess and pouches, 1 glory and 1 games neckalce, i use up the charges on my glory and then on my last trip to the rune alter instead of teleing to edgeville cuz my glory is out, i tele to games room, run to heros guild and recharge glory, tele back to edge and etc. uh yeah well thats my idea lol -All sigs by me.[My Gallery] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

tewas Posted January 17, 2006 Share Posted January 17, 2006 even with 5 glories it's slow :( recently bougth another 10, but now abbys has at least 2 pkers waiting (thanks to mage arena update :( ) it's cheaper but takes more time, and time costs more than simple digital gp in game ;) 1500+ total 89 cmb; 1600+ total and under 93 cmb. 02/04/07 reached all skills 60+ under lvl 90 cmb. 07/19/07 reached all skills 70+ at lvl 93 cmb.Prayer is good for herbs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They entangle me, I empty my ectovial before they can teleblock me... and if the freeze me, same story, except no tellyblock to worry about. If they DO manage to telyblock me, I do some serious swearing and I run to edgy and wait for the god forsaken thing to wear off. And most of the time their ice or entangle misses (i have 105 mage defense). The point is, abyss PKing isn't worth it unless you are REALLY, REALLY good. Seriously, they would make more money if they joined in with the abyss crafters making nats and stopped creating a nuisance for them. I can make enough money to cover a glory in 20 minutes or less. That's assuming I don't run into any trouble. On topic; I think the one glory burthope games room necklace thing would easily be topped in speed by using a dueling ring to telly to castlewars to bank, tellying to al karid and talking the gnome glider to karamja and running to the alter, and tellying back to CW. With that, you can make a trip in just over 2 minutes. However, each dueling ring only lasts 4 trips, and about every 1200-1500 nats you make you have to make a trip to the abyss to repair your pouches. Yes, I'm insane, I know, but think of this: abyss pking is easy enough, but with no pkers it would have no threat. No threat = more runners = more nats in the market = supply and demand lowering the price of natures until they are a bad use of time. Also without abyss pkers, abyss running would be too boring ;) (proud to have rc'd 20k+ ess and never been pked :D) :^_^: I drew that smilie, btw, along with a few more used by this site.Classic bloodveld for lyph3!
