I would basically like to know the most efficient tree run AND fruit tree run to take. I'm going to be doing this once a day so don't worry about some trees taking less time than others.

 

At the moment i am going to be doing maple trees and papaya seeds.

That will depend on which teleports you can access, but it should be pretty straightforward.

What I do: Grab your trees.

Teleport to the elven fruit tree,

Teleport to Ardougne, take the boat to the tree patch.

Run to the Calquat tree patch (may be quicker to teleport to the karamja house teleport and then run)

Varrock teleport and run to the varrock patch.

Home teleport to Lumbridge and run to the patch.

Duel ring to mobilising armies, take the tree to gnome stronghold, run to the fruit tree and then to the normal tree patch.

Then use an other duel ring or just run to the spirit tree again and go to gnome village and follow the gnome to reach the fruit tree patch.

Teleport to Falador go to the normal tree patch.

Then run to taverly (or use duel ring to cwars and use the balloon route to taverly)

Teleport to camelot and run to the fruit tree patch. (may be quicker to use the shortcut between taverly and the tree patch)

 

Keep in mind I do not have access to lunar teleports, those may be quicker.

A modification to essiw's method, assuming you have the required range/agility levels (no idea what they are, too much effort to check mobile). Is to camelot/catherby teleport, do the tree on the beach and then grapple shortcut over to taverly.

 

You can also get the brimhaven patch from catherby docks while you're there, (ring of charos (a) will halve the price) not worth it if you're also doing calquats though, as you'd just need to run back again.

 

Also, the letya tree can be done whenever in the cycle as you're teleporting directly there then teleporting away again, I left it for last so that I would finish my run at a bank but it doesn't really matter.

 

There's now a fruit tree patch at herblore habitat too. You could use one of those bags which teleports you directly to the habitat, karamja gloves (3) to shilo village or the cart to shilo when you do the brimhaven tree.

Can buy teleport scrolls to Tai Bwo Wannai for ~5k last I checked. Puts you 10-20 spaces from tree.

The fastest tree/fruit tree/calquat run can be found under "Farming Runs" on this guide: http://forum.tip.it/topic/242787-mother-gaia-an-in-depth-manual-to-farming/ It's a little bit outdated, so add a Tai Bwo teleport scroll for faster access to the Calquat and an equiped Witchdoctor mask/Juju teleportbag (the mask obviously being superior) for the fruit tree patch in the Herblore Habitat. You will probably experience that your fruit trees go out of sync with your trees, since logging resets the current farming tick and fruit trees have longer ticks than normal trees, so you'll want to reduce the frequency of your logging to ensure an easier and faster run.

I'd also recommend starting Fellstalk herb runs at 88 (you can boost to 91 with Garden pies). I get about 10-13k xp/run using all 5 patches.

I'd personally recommend Torstol over Fellstalk, since the miniscule xp difference (1-2k xp/run or so?) doesn't make up for the fact that Torstol are almost two times as profitable as Fellstalk.

varrock tab to first tree spot; pay to cut down, supercompost and plant

fally tab to second tree; same

lumby tab to third tree; same

cammy tab to first fruit; cut down, plant (no supercompost), pay 15 papaya

duel ring to mobilizing army, then to gnome village; same

duel ring to mob army then to grome stronghold; take care of tree and fruit tree, cut a log and take balloon to fally, and take care of tree there

mask to jadinkos; take care of fruit tree

crystal to lleyta; same

duel ring to mob army then brimhaven; take care of fruit and calquat
