They did all that promoting the game, even going as far as advertising the game on sites like Miniclip... Surely they should have known that the CS querys were gonna be coming in by the masses. Launching the Knowledge base with RS2 would have made a lot more sense. This is coming far too late to seem like a move to cut down on customer support querys. Also you people posting " The jagex map of "wat ever" is identicle to tip its "wat ever" map!!! Jagex = theives. Thats just crap...what the hell do you want their maps to look like?? You would all moan if the maps looked totaly useless....corse they are going to be simlar!! They are maps of the same place. DUH! Also on the topic of maps...i think jagex's new maps are stunning. I hope they change their "world map" to look like the smaller maps they have in the 'KB'.

Of course, the KB does replace a lot of what fan sites do, but its info they should provide anyway I have to get practically naked when I'm cooking bacon.I may be immature, but that made me laugh!

As far as their maps looking better I have to strongly disagree, I think they look like poo. The detail is lacking and the maps are barely discernible. March 13, 200620 yr I agree that the maps could be in a better quality.... they should change the format. I like the style (the overhead view) i think it looks 'cool'. If they changed the image format and made the images more 'crisp' and more clear then they would be almost perfect. All they need to do is research their own product. Quit making stupid excuses for them. This does look like a great database. But there are simply too many stupid people out there for it to work.
