When (if) Dragon Claws are released, the rune claws will probably lose their special, and thus their price may drop to as little as 15k, causing new members who perhaps spent all their money on some rune claws, losing 15,25k. :( How should Jagex deal with this problem? April 4, 200620 yr They will lose their spec I guess... Throwing Axes won't come out in Rune, so they keep their spec... Don't worry about it, lots of player wil stay with the Rune cause it will be hard to get Dragon Claws (as all the latest drag weapons). Plus if they bought rune claws the day before dragon claws came out they couldn't afford the new claws even if they hadn't bought the rune ones. Both specs i suppose. i think all the weps should have spec in p2p, would be funny to hit double 5 with bronze dagger (s) spec. Plus, i didn't even know that people actually use claws, i allways felt they are a bit cheap weapon, allthough black ones look nice. April 4, 200620 yr If Dragon Claws come out, they will just flop due to claws' weak attack and strength bonuses. That is, unless it doesn't have a really good special.
April 4, 200620 yr As claws stand as a 2 handed weapon that you only use one hand to attack with, there pretty pointless. If they always did a permanent dd special, scoring 2 hits everytime, but were made a weaker weapon because of this, I think they could become a more commonly used weapon. Maybe claws could give agility/theiving bonuses after all they're associated with Rogues. If the highest Slayer Master has a set of these, why are they so rubbish?

April 4, 200620 yr 15-25k isnt much of a loss they probs woud make the dragon claws special stronger aswell it'll just be the same as the dragon axe and 2h start high and just gradually drop if they are not a quest reward
