No nevermind I actually think it should be Lumbridge (since that's where the game starts, it has the guide, and lots of other things to help newbies (real new players). April 12, 200620 yr Genral reasoning says Varrock should be considered a capitol of Runescape becasue of the amount of people that go through it, but remember, Runescape is divided into kingdoms, each with their own capital city. :P
