May 28, 200620 yr I can't believe there hasn't already been a sticky topic about "official worlds". If something like that could be run on the RS forums, as well as on fan site forums (i.e. Here :) ) we could probably see a greater variety of better advertised official worlds. 98% of teenagers have been drunk or around alcohol. May 28, 200620 yr I don't believe that Jagex would ever declare certain worlds offical. Futhermore, I dislike the idea of offical worlds due to the difficulty of getting in them. I find myself refreshing the world select option just to attempt to get into world 2 and when i do and try to log it tells me the worlds full. The self-proclaimed king of bronze.
May 28, 200620 yr Love the article - good topic and well written. I seem to have heard that the rune-running worlds came about due to some large "businesses" that formed there. Very effective. Would like to see a Nature running world, though, lol. If there was one for each group activity or minigame, that would certainly bring more people together to pursue it (like Burthorpe Gameroom or Rat Pits, for example). it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.

May 28, 200620 yr The official worlds for combat would be kind of sketchy, think of all the skillers! The only way I see it working would be for non-combat skills, because anyone could have 70wc, but only people with a certain str/att/range, etc. could get into the combat worlds. But anyway interesting article. Goals: 80/80 Range, 75/90 Strength, 77/85 Attack, 64/76 Fishing and crafting 31k natures (o.O)
