This had to have been one of the most revolunionary programs on the internet, being the first onto the instant messaging scene. You use to could not use the internet, without hearing about it. Nowadays, however, nobody hardly ever uses it. Everybody has left it for MSN, AIM, and Yahoo. So... the question is, what exactly happened here? "Hey, want to look at my picture gallery? *insert website link here* " I think a dozen people have added me, and gave me that same message so I just deleted ICQ... :? My ICQ number is 8 digits, and I remember being awed by a friend of mine whose number was only 7 digits.
