I still enjoy there music and Listen to there cd's all the time. Im wondering, does anybody know what happened to this band? They were very popular a few years back, they played woodstock and were doing sold out shows but now all I see is hate messages bashing the band. Why does everybody hate them so much now? I think part of the reason is fred durst. I dont see too much of an issue with fred. He isnt the greatest singer but I mainly like the band for Wes borlands guitar work. The latest album has wes borland in it its called "the unquestionable truth part 1" it was released with almsot no publicity or promotion so it sold less then all there other albums but its pretty good. I hate Limp Bizkit because the music they produce is talentless and unoriginal and marketed towards the most vile kind of suburban teens. The kind that spout off about how hardcore they are while their mums drive them to concerts in their vans. They're a group of talentless hacks whose only real claim to fame is that their lead singer touched Britney Spears' left boob once, and I feel that every second I've spent listening to their music is a second wasted. Rollin' ruined The Undertaker forever. Their cover of Behind Blue Eyes was nothing short of musical butchery. They are the musical equivalent of scraping out of the bowl what remains of Korn's explosive diarrhea after they flushed, and Korn happens to be a godawful band too. ... Satenza Posted August 10, 2006 Share Posted August 10, 2006 They got woodstock cancelled. I can't really rmember but when they sung break stuff there they encouraged the breaking of stuff. Needless to say fire went on, people died and woodstock got cnacelled. Thats why everyone hates them and this was before they became more mainstream. I'm presonally not much of a fan. With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason.
