I am a member but I think more free space is needed. Also i think they should make another free quest for higher levels.

I have a suggestion that might sound stupid, its like the forum post thing, except not... Why don't we all do that comment on jagex service thing, and ask for more space, I mean they can say no to 4-5 people, but would they really try that with 400+, especially if 1/4 of them are members??? 1 extra thing, we'd all do it on the same day, so we would flood their mailbox, and we could do it like 1 time a month. The title would be "More f2p bankspace please?"

I totally agree. i'm only in my low 30s, i dont have any random event clothes, I got rid of all my haliday stuff, and still i can barely fit it all in!!!! :wall:

1.you know, one reason there is less bank space for f2p is because we only have 700 items which pile up in the bank, members have about 7,500- about 11 times more, or 6,800 more

I'm f2p since RSC, and I don't think we need more space, except for maybe that last line which only fits 4 items to be completed. Seriously, what quest items do you keep? I only have 5 silverlight. Who keeps all their hats, scarves from holiday events? If someone has tin and copper ore, there's no reason for them to have higher such as mith and addy. We don't need that many fishing supples, I just keep fly fish rod and feathers, and when I'm going lobby fishing, I just buy one on my way there, worth nothing. Antis are useless. Who in their right mind has all staves in their bank? Wood goes along the line of ores. Clothing of all sorts? Hell we got nothing. I have all my randoms though.

As an ex member it sucks. i had to drop almost ALL my member items i just couldnt sell. like Dragon weapons that no-one would buy, I have maxed my bank account space but its not enough. sometimes. i have to keep items in my inventory just so I dont have to drop them. Jagex needs to benefit f2p players or risk loosing them.

I might try the at least 2+ of every item trick. But the problem with that is that I would never be able to take out my santa hat or blue mask without being unable to put them back in the bank on f2p(since its almost impossble to buy extras of those in the game with the money I make).

Or even a dragon chainmail. The most expensive items in the game can be very hard to get two of. Making the "2-of-each-item" trick useless. Even more reason F2P should get more space. I wonder how many supporters we have now...

i agree that f2p should get the extra bank spaces but i also think that when a p2p moves to f2p he should be able to choose the 60 f2p items he would like to keep in f2p and the other items in his bank are stored some where else and can only be retived by joining members again. this way if you become a f2p again you dont have to worry about doubling up every item you are bound to forget somthing. also u often withdraw all ur mpney meaning you cant put it back

I do not support the idea at all! You would be talking differently if you were Jagex. Put yourself in their place for a moment. They have to provide room for all the information to be stored somewhere and they have to pay to maintain that. Just imagine that all F2P would have more bankspace. This would mean more cost for Jagex and less people becoming member.

 

 

 

What do they put for an member advantage? More bankspace. They know you need more space and they did that on purpose so people would consider the benefits of becoming member.

You should see F2P as going for a testride, but you are complaining about more cupholders, even if you are not going to buy the car. Be glad that they don't just block your account after a month.

Then cancel your subscription and when you get f2p again, you will be able to store all the things you really want. Hm...Didn't P2P get 24 new bank spaces with hunter? And 48 not long before that? That's 72. That's 6 times as much as we want F2Pers to get. There are probably less than 6 times as many P2P as F2P.

Personally, Jagex gets no gain from giving f2p players more bank space, they're making no money off you whatsoever. Why not spend the ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã3 and buy membership? Then you wouldn't have to complain you have no bank space.

Wow, I can see this thread has grown rapidly. Unfortunately, I cannot go through and read all of the posts. Chances are I won't be able to for some time. As you should know, I have been vry inactive recently, and I'm sad to say I will be inactive for a good while in the future. Some matters have come up in Real Life right now that needs tending to. I'm glad that people continue to post in this thread and express their opinions on the matter. Hey penguingeek3, it's not because RuneScape is an exception to most online galesthat say:"you don't pay, you get nothing", that you should beg for more :shame: . It's simple, F2P has always wanted more space, just learn to live with it, they are not going to change it, you are not even paying :lol: , so what do they care if you don't play it or not, because of lack of bankspace? You have no levarage (spelling :? ) in this deal. You are just asking and they say no, nothing you can do about it.

The version of RuneScape you play is free, so you can't really complain so much about the lack of bank space.
