August 22, 200619 yr AND Ddieyed electric blue .. [is that a colour?] It is indeed, I know a couple (male and female before anyone asks ) who had electric blue hair. Some look better with short hair but personally I don't like anything shorter than Keira Knightley in Domino, which was very nice, but i'm not at all sure about that Natalie Portman look. August 25, 200619 yr Thing I see about short hair is really hot girls with pretty faces can do it and it brings out their face even more so everyone notices it. Example: Halle Berry. Problem is, in my opinion, only like 1% of girls are hot enouph to really pull it off. Unfortunatly, as I state judging on the dozen or so of my felmale classmates that have short hair, they seem to do it for conviniance and think they will look like Halle Berry or simular if they do. Well, sorry to say, short hair doesn't make you look instantly hotter if you aren't so already.
