 I wish you the best of luck in RS mate.

In the meantime, I'm looking to update the guide in the near future. I'll also be implementing new money-making strategies including RuneCrafting through the Abyss as well as Nat Running. Keep making money people :3> .

Best guide I've seen yet...(Haven't seen many, but still...)

One comment,in the coal ore mining part, people here actually sell small amounts at 170-180 each...

Good and a very long guide with good english. Very nice work.

excellent guide! Very good abbreviated information on all the general money making techniques! As long as you keep it up-to-date and finish off a few sections I will have no doubt this will be intergrated into tipit in someway.

May i suggest you give a earning/hr for each section?

All I learned in life, I learned on Tip.it

nice guide man :) i may try a few of these even though i am lvl 110..lol

Thanks everyone  . Since I'm only 12 and nobody absolutely nobody can keep up with the turbulent market prices, I've made a disclaimer on top of the guide regarding market prices.

Primadog, that's a great suggestion, but I'm afraid I don't have that much time :( sorry matey  .

K1. Yew Woodcutting (F2P and P2P)

Requirements: 60 WCing.

Recommended: 70+ WCing and a Rune Axe.

Method: Yews prices have gone done over the past few months because of the increase of macroers. Nowadays you can never find an unmarked yew tree, it will either be cut down already or have level 3's surrounding it. This is NOT recommended as a cash maker because the competition for the logs are fierce and they are only 200-250 each now. But if you insist on trying it I suggest the yew trees right south of Edgeville Bank.

Where and how much to sell for: 210-230 each is the price you should be aiming for. In world 1 just west of the entrance to Varrock West Bank is the place to sell. Merchants are all over this area buying all the yew logs for under 250 each. It shouldn't be too hard to sell.

Tips 'n Tricks:

Notes: Unlike the other methods listed above you cannot read the forums as they get chopped down fairly fast because of the sheer number of people WCing it. NOT a good money maker at all...

I'd like to point out that on most relatively low-populated members worlds, varrock palace yew trees are deserted.

Who cares if you wear a santa hat..... That's no achievment.

Who cares if you can have 520M, if you have no friends, as well as no reason to play Runescape?

  • Author

Thank you, both of you. I'll make sure to edit the guide :P .

EDIT: TehCheckt, of course the yew trees in P2P worlds are practically empty. This is because there are much better ways of making cash as a member. That is the point of the thing that said (F2P and P2P. Suggested for F2P).

Important Notice: Something happened and unfortunately, part of my guide has been cut off for some reason. Because of this, some sections have been lost and the post will be continued in the 4th post of this thread. I am VERY sorry to the people who contributed to the guide as the Acknowledgements & Credits portion has been lost as well.

I posted this on the top of the guide as well... :( .

Also, when I have the time, I will soon update the guide's fonts and lettering to make it look like my more recent guide. This will only be the FONT colors etc... and the content itself will not be changed. This will make it look more orderly and somewhat attractive so it is not as boring lol :P .

another item u can merchant is climbing boots

as silly as it may seem, pures will be willing to pay 1-2k each for them if u have a large quanity(100+)

so if u have 1.2k u can buy 100 pairs from the person in burthorpe, sell to pures and make atleast 98.8k profit in no time

great guide. =D>

98% of teenagers have been drunk or around alcohol. Put this in your signature if you like bagels

Great guide =D> incredibly detailed

I have found your guide very useful for merchanting, and I can see that you have put heaps of effort into it. Good work

Thank you, everybody for all the positive comments. Cl4ssic, thank you for that, but I have found that the Climbing Boots can sometimes be incredibly hard to sell. Unids are in higher demand and are techincally easier to get so unfortunately I will not be including that. I'm sorry, but thank you once again for caring ::' .

In other news, I've reformatted the guide to make it look neater and to make it easier to read. I hope everybody likes it. The thing was a nightmare to revamp  .

Awww. It died. Was a great guide back then. Now it's a bit... old...

Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again

Hmm...

I don't think it was the money making ways that changed, but rather the people. Effeciency has taken over a lot of Runescape, and math is involved in almost everything...

This guide now is useless, but I remember what it was like before with guides like these... Nostalgia :XD:

Great guide. \'
