August 23, 200619 yr Well today after rl issues i decided that i would quit runescape. I realised today that i wasted 9 months of my life here sitting in front my screen waiting for my pixels to grow. Although i have met alot of new people on runescape many whom are my good friends, runescape had become more than it was meant to be. It had manifest into an obbsession and acted as a method for escaping reality. For those TIF viewers i made a thread here and there but it was on tip.it chat where i managed to get the most out of tip.it. Hopefully today is the last time in a while that i log back on rs and TIF, ill be asking my brother to list tip.it, runescape and various other runescape-related. Well good bye to all those i knew and for those that i didnt i hope you enjoy your time on rs and dont exploit it like i did. ~Antonwhy Wondering what to do with life .....

August 23, 200619 yr Sad to think of another person leaving. While an obsession is unhealthy you cannot consider your time wasted if you had fun. Otherwise skiing, biking, chatting, jogging, etc. are all wastes of time since they provide you with nothing more quantifiably valuable than you started (other than perhaps a few sore muscles in some cases :P ). If you DO feel that it has become an addiction then you are correct to quit, of course. August 23, 200619 yr aNty! :( With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.
